it'd be a lot cooler if they didn't try closing super early and ending up being out of stuff like fajita veggies and guac with... 30 minutes left before close; google says the store closes at 10 so it would be nice if they could wait to start throwing stuffout AFTER that time when no one else is going to be coming in. a chain that boasts meat-free entrees should try to have theirpopular veggie options available up until close. very disappointed in my options when the store was still supposed to be open. Usually Chipotle is on top of thier game . The brown rice isn't done and chunky , gave me a tiny spoonful of sofritas and... veggies . We are vegan so this is all we got . Absolutely horrible experience. Nothing but sour cream. Hardly any chicken, any bean, just sour cream. The person making my wife... and I?s burritos just slung everything around carelessly. Did not have any regard for anything. Wished I would?ve gotten hisname. My wife wouldn?t even eat it because of how much sour cream was packed into it. And neither did I. Every time I go to this chipotle I am hopeful that this will be the time that the food and service is better, but every time?no... matter what time of day I go?it is as if they are about to close. They have half of the doors in the facility locked and onlyone random door each time that is unlocked for customers to come in. You have to guess each time which door will be unlocked!There are usually two diligent workers in the front, and then about 100 in the back. Inevitably a line will form, and severalemployees come from the back and mouth expletives when they see the size of the line that has formed. Good good. We waited awhile for white rice and then I think it was determined that none was coming so we got the cauliflower... rice. That was good. They are probably understaffed which is why they didn?t have grilled veggies either. They were restockingas much as they could. Some workers weren?t really wearing masks right, but idk their policy.
