Two days ago, we bought two entries from this Chipotle for lunch. The food was incredibly SALTY. On top of that the rice was not... even cooked. The only thing that was edible was the strings of lattice on top. It'll be difficult to reach this Chipotle duringcertain hours of the day because of traffic. Horrible, had a simple burrito pickup order but received my burrito with sour cream all over it and the foil with lettuce and... tomatoes hanging outside the wrap. I should have known the food was going to be trash when I walked in and it was a complete ghost town. That is usual for a... chipotle during lunch time. They literally had no customer and they refused to greet me or acknowledged my presence. So theblack guy comes and finally decides to help. Went during lunch with a party of 8. We were seated pretty quickly had drinks and placed our orders as well. The food was... tasty!! I was not expecting to enjoy my meal so much! I had the bottomless soup and salad and they did not disappoint. Mycompany had rave reviews on the southwest rolls, chicken crispers ( habanero) enchiladas and surprisingly the steak!! Staff was rude. We ordered 3 bowls my husband was ahead of us while the guy was still making mine and our sons bowls. He told... her he was paying for his and the other 2 that were being made. The girl only charged 2 and then blamed us for not "telling"her. They charge extra for queso as a part of the bowl and no chips unless you pay extra. The food was good but not great.
