Service was fast and friendly. My salad was pretty good. Although they could have drained the water off of the black beans.... Kinda just made salad soup.. also, the dine in area was so filthy. Drinks spilled on tables, trash laying everywhere. The starsspeed of service, ease or ordering, and the taste of the food. Definitely some room for improvement. Read more
I would select zero if possible. I was in an hour before closing and they weren?t replenishing any food to select from. I mean... come on you still have a hour left. They wouldn?t even get out more sour cream for godsakes! The last time I was in they werestingy on the portions. I am DONE with this location! They cared more about preparing to close in an hour vs serving thecustomers! I will be reporting this location to corporate. Read more
This location is pretty hit or miss. I?ve had some great orders here but also a couple that were so bad I had to complain on the... app about and try to get refunds for - usually woefully under filled burrito bowls or even lacking primary ingredients likerice. The drive thru is convenient and the food seems to be ready when the app says it should be. Read more
The only reason this place gets any stars is that the people there are friendly and doing their best with what they have?? The... struggle with this location is that they had so few ingredients (no chicken or mild salsa??) so I couldn?t get my basic order.And the white rice didn?t even have the cilantro and extra flavoring that makes it my favorite ?fast food? rice. it is always something with this location. Either they aren?t letting people in the dining area, they?re opening late, closing... early, or aren?t taking online orders. Let me start by saying I ordered via door dash last minute. About an hour before they closed. As seen in the picture I ordered a... salad. Guacamole was ordered and received none. Pico de gallo was also ordered and received none. As well as a SALAD again wasordered. Yet, the picture is what i received. I thought a salad would have more, I don't know vegetables perhaps. Maybe theperson who made my food thought I would rather have a protein bowl because, a salad is not what I received. However I paid extrafor the invisible guacamole and the invisible pico. Very disappointed you guys. Door dash need not be an option if we can'ttrust the food delivered is the way I ordered it. For all that, customers need to come pick up their orders. Well to start off 99% our order was cold and not cool to the touch cold I?m talking just came out of the fridge cold. We had to... microwave the bowl and burrito just to make it edible. The bowl was so watery I had to use my daughter?s rice to salvage it.I?ll let you know when I find a piece of meat. The chips were cold and stale so I just grabbed chips we had on hand. My daughterwon?t touch her cheese quesadilla (if that?s what you want to call it). The orange that came with her kids meal is way pastit?s prime. The only thing that was halfway decent in this entire $40 order was the lukewarm queso. I?m a Chipotle fan but thisexperience was by far the worst one yet. Read more
This was a pretty good experience. It'd be better if there were some kind of portion control between one person and the next. I... asked for sour cream and they barely put any on. I ordered a side of guacamole and the guy filled it half way, whereas my wifeordered a side of guacamole and the girl filled it all the way. Also, no Tractor drinks at this location?
