!!!UPDATE: customer service reached out to address my concern on my recent visit. She took care of the situation & made things... right. I really do appreciate companies who lookout for their customers & not just ignore them . I will be back in the future togive the restaurant another chance. Old review: For $30 I wasnt completely satisfied with my meal as I had hoped. Starting offwith the banana pudding, it wasn't filled to the top of the cup (or maybe due to my sweet tooth I just expected a little more????) & what made it worse...it did not taste fresh like the last time. I couldn't get past the 1st scoop. Fries looked likethey could've been fried a little longer & they were salty. Good portion sizes for the meat & coslaw. It's been years since I've tried city bbq but today's experience confirmed that I will not be back. I like Mission BBQ better. 10/10 for the friendlycustomer service & speedy checkout. Read more
It's a chain BBQ place, which there is nothing wrong with when they don't cut corners and they don't cut corners here. The... brisket was excellent. The beans, unlike many BBQ places are not vinegary and are more on the brown sugar side, which Iapprove. The service is counter, but they bring the food to the table of the dune ins. That said, the service is excellent andeveryone was friendly. Big recommend. Read more
This place is amazingly good . First great staff that?s helpful and friendly. Music is blues and that is awesome as well . The... food incredible . I got a sampler plate and it had all the meats and none disappointed. Turkey moist , pork good flavor andbrisket perfectly pulled part with great bark . Green beans and bacon plus hand cut fries as sides over the top delicious. Read more

OMG...can I give 6 out of 5 stars? Be prepared to get sticky fingers. The Ribs...Good! The Brisket...Good! The Cole Slaw...Good!... The Stew...Good! People are missing out on this Underrated and Great BBQ joint with Service, Friendly Staff. Highly Recommended. Read more

Okay dude straight up this was my first time eating here at this restaurant and I have to say it was pretty good. The restaurant... was clean and the food was great I really have now complaints. The staff here were very nice and helpful with suggestions andthe peach cobbler was amazing. I'll definitely be back! Read more
City BBQ was my first stop for food and may I say this spot is great. Ribs are tender, sides were great, the turkey tacos were... different and delicious. Whenever I visit again I gotta go back here. Also let me give the staff their stars cause they werefriendly too. When I mention it was my first time visiting they gave me a free slice of chocolate cake.. thank y'all for theservice and good eats!!! Read more
