I?ve been here a few times, the employees are always friendly and fast, and the place is always clean, and the ice cream is... always delicious. My favorite thing to order is the sweet cream ice cream with roasted almonds. So good! Reading some of theseother reviews has me laughing though. Its very good, however, we ordered online. We arrived about 30 minutes after placing the order. Still had to stand in line for... about 15 minutes. The order hadnt even been made yet. The older, asian woman who was working the counter was rude. Acted as though we were inconveniencing her day. It has been years... since we've been to cold stone so we took a minute to look at the menu. There wasnt anyone else in the store, it wasnt close toclosing, and she was huffing and kept asking if we were ready yet. Usually places offer to answer any menu questions. We wereobviously getting our ice cream to go, no lid was offered. Apparently that was a hassle. My mom asked for the peanut butter onthe side and this lady seriously said "no I'm just gonna put it on top" after my mom had to insist she didnt want it that wayhuffed and went to grab the world's smallest plastic cup from the back. Looked like the little things you put ketchup in at fastfood restaurants. Barely pushed the pump on the peanut butter wrapped it in plastic wrap and basically threw it onto thecounter.i didnt realize a condiment on the side was SUCH an issue. We got our receipt she made sure to get a pen and point outthe tip option. As if that was deserved! I dont know what her problem was but if customers are treated this way she doesnt needto be working there. Our ice cream quickly melted as well. Read more

Been here a few times over the past five years. Closest ice cream shop and has a good selection. Tried some and loved the... signature ice creams, shakes, and my own concoctions in a waffle bowl or cone. The place offers ice cream at a good price, isvery clean, and the staff are polite and very professional. Read more
