This staff has absolutely no idea what they are doing. I waited in the pick up lane more than 35 minutes for a scoop of vanilla... ice cream in a dish. That was the only item on my order. Personally I love Culver?s and was so excited when I saw it was coming. I can?t tell you the last time I even ate fast food so... when I got it tonight I was so disappointed. I asked for a single burger?they said I couldn?t get a single cheeseburger in ameal. They still gave me a double burger. Got home and everything was cold. No condiments were on the burgers or in the bag. Nolettuce, no tomatoes, no mayo, no pickles, not anything. That isn?t including the long wait time in drive threw?that Alone wasridiculous. I know you guys just opened, but I hope it gets it together. No one wants cold food or the order wrong. Or have towait in line for that long just to even place an order then more time to even get your food. Read more
North Keystone By Target?I know they just open and I know they will get better put in my order I got a tenderloin a cranberry... salad order of shrimp a crispy chicken sandwich cream potatoes it should?ve took no 30 minutes for them to get my foodready..When they gave everyone food that was after me?tenderloin it was burnt really crispy. Complete s*** show. Do not go. We waited in line for a long time to order our food. It came after about 20 minutes. Fine. Then... we had to wait in line another 20 minutes to order our kids free scoops (plus a waffle cone for myself) that came with theirkids meal. Waited about 30 minutes and they never showed up. I went and stood at the front of the restaurant for another 10minutes and they still never showed up. Finally I went up to the counter and they said they never received the order, then theysaid that somebody looked for us but couldn't find us, at that point nothing they said was making sense. I requested a refund.Poor management. They clearly opened too soon and need to train their people. Probably will not go back. Read more
I?ll start by saying I understand it?s the 2nd weekend open, & it is Sunday dinner time? but honestly, if I could give no star-... I would. My food came out really quick, but it was poorly put together (a dime size of ketchup, two pickles), atleast it was hotthough! There was no ketchup in either dispenser, I told someone & then another customer told me they already asked 10 min ago.I waited a good 15 minutes after my food came out for my ?flavor of the day? which was Carmel cashew (my favorite), it hadliterally 2 cashews & maybe a half oz of Carmel. Still, nobody has came to fill the ketchup. There are workers literally sittingat booths, standing around the kitchen, & outside- all literally just talking to one another. The service sucked, the food wasaverage, & the custard was trash. They have plenty of staff so I?m hoping they?re just having a hard time getting their flowdown, this was very very disappointing though. Read more
Culver's on North keystone by target is phenomenal with awesome friendly staff. The food was amazing. I definitely will be there... again. Prices are extremely affordable. You don't wait long for them to bring you your order to your table. Read more
First I would like to say I love Culver?s but today Culver?s fish sandwich did not like me. I ate half of it and felt nausea and... then threw it up. I don?t think it was cooked all the way. With so many people there they might of rushed my fish sandwich andnot got it done. Read more
Culver's in Glendale shopping plaza on Keystone disappointed me greatly. I waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. I... was asked if I wanted sauce for my cheese curds. I requested marinara and ketchup which I was charged for. After I paid I wasasked to pull up and and await my food. I get home to discover the sauce I was charged for is missing. The cheese curds andonion rings are tasteless. This was definitely my worst Culver's experience ever. Read more
