Some of my family members have said this place serves up some insane pizza, so I decided to see if that statement was true. And... I gotta say, I was impressed by my visit to Diavola! The menu is quite creative, lots of different pizzas to choose from. Wehad a super friendly waiter. The appetizers we got (meatballs and calamari) were both super tasty! The meatballs were honestlymy favorite appetizer. As for the pizza, I got the all meat pizza and it was pretty darn good! The crust is super crispy andthe toppings were fresh and tasty! And the calzone… Let me tell ya, it’s INSANE!! Probably the biggest one I’ve everseen! I tried a few bites of it and it was amazing all around. Trust me, you’ll need to share it with someone. It’sseriously that big! So overall, if you’re in it for pizza, Diavola is one of my recommendations if you end up in the BroadRipple area of Indianapolis! Very nice atmosphere with a good vibe but the food should have been better. The calamari appetizer was very tough and overly... chewy, did not understand the eggplant app because there was not any eggplant just tomato sauce and cheese. Burrata was dry andkind of missed the main attribute. Pizza was pretty good but dough a little too doughy. The wine was excellent. Read more
The most amazing authentic Italian experience I’ve had since living in Atlanta. The handmade papardelle pasta was so AMAZING... I ordered it twice! The pizza I have no words for! Amazing atmosphere, great staff. Our server was amazing and kind, and veryhelpful! I’m so glad it’s around the corner from my house I’ll definitely be a regular! This is a must go! Read more
I'm a pizza guy, got a bit of a reputation for it. I really liked Diavola. Pit fired pizza. Super clean and modern. Friendly... staff. Lighting fast service. Great menu. Indoor and outdoor seating. I will definitely eat at Diavola again. Read more
My family went for our first visit. The menu looked great, the place was cozy, and the staff were kind. We didn't have... reservations so we had to wait for a table for 45 minutes. Flying cupcake was next-door so we just had dessert first while wewaited. None of us enjoyed the garlic cheese bread. We all liked our meals though. I got the pizza and everyone else got pasta.All of the food that came out to the other tables looked amazing. Read more
Didn’t know that reservations were required in order to sit inside, but the server offered outdoor seating. This was alright... since the weather wasn’t too hot, but I suggest calling ahead of time! Lovely meal! We ordered calamari and Margherita pizzawith the barbera wine selection to match the flavors of the night-recommended by our server (thanks Jeff) Very tasty andlooking forward to get two pizzas next time ! We got 4 pizzas and they were all great! The one with truffle oil was interesting and had a strong flavor! Their mushrooms and... artichokes are great. The pizzas all were a little dark but not too burnt. They had a lot of toppings and the dough was good.They were quick with our pizzas, too. We enjoyed the service and the great food! Read more
Visited for the first time and really enjoyed it. Pizza seemed like the thing to do so I ordered that. That was a good move.... Calamari app wasn’t my style but to each they’re own. We sat at the bar and had a good group of bartenders that reallyworked well together keeping everyone set. I’ll definitely be back. Read more
