I told the person that attends us that we want 4 pizza then he received a phone call and he made us wait their like 10-15... minutes then we ordered. He made me put my card 2 times and said it failed so I put it back again and it worked another 10minutes wasted then we had to wait 40 minutes! That's like 1 hour I could just go to McDonald's or something waste of time. Read more
I wish I could give them no stars. They ruined my son's entire day! They had no delivery drivers. Didn't call me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Now on 3 occasion over a coupled months ive tried to order from here to wait a hour for my... pizza that was to be there in about 35-45 min and then get a call 1hr or more later to tell me that they have no drivers. Ifthey have no driver then why let me order on line for deliver and waste my time. when they did call me the are mad at me becauseI will not come get the pizza when I cancel it. they Made me fell as if this was my fault. stop allowing on line order if you donot have drivers or call ASAP to ask the customer if they could come pick up or may I cancel the order for you! I ordered food at 6:30 it is currently 9:43 I have called the location twice and each time I have been promised the driver is on... the way out with my order or he is on the way back to get my order. Then I ask what's the hold up the man on the phone goes onto tell me everyone is using the 50% off and it's going to be a long wait. Sir didn't you just say the driver was on the way?Now it's a long wait?? They could have called asked me if I wanted to pick it up since I'm close in distance they could haveoffered a sprite or $2 coupon NOPE all I get it he will get there soon. My experience with this franchise was terrible the police were called because apparently this franchise has their own ?refund?... police. I am hearing impaired and was treated horribly. I didn?t receive the proper accommodation. I asked to just give my moneyback because I didn?t like THIN crust and the order was wrong. I was told that I was trespassing but I had a receipt in my handwith my proof of purchase. I kindly asked again to see the refund policy. Again I was thrown with attitudes and rudeness. Notwilling to accommodate and comply. Instead the police were called and I was okay with that because I did nothing wrong. Due tomy inability to receive proper accommodation to which my order was wronged. I will be seeking a lawsuit from This franchise on4070 Pendleton Way, Indianapolis IN 46226. I have been going to this location for at least 5 years. They have new management and it is horrible. I always order A LG 3... topping for 7.99. Now you can only get it on line. I ordered a LG meat lovers. I paid 16 dollars. It only had meat on thr middleand they tried to tell me they don't put meat or cheese towards the outside.
