My dad contacted Domino's because he ordered up 16 wings last night he was in a motel of course, he called the store last night... it kept hanging up, so about 15 minutes ago he calls the store and hung up he calls back, a manager by the name of Shane wasvery disrespectful my dad only ordered 16 wings he didn't know the motel number of course so the guy Shane was rude to him andstated if he didn't know the number then he couldn't help him, so my dad of course explain to shame with the attitude that hehad he was going to go ahead and call corporate Shane was very rude and he stated he didn't care call corporate! I honestlythink that this manager doesn't like his job maybe he's trying to get fired to receive unemployment.. this is a terribleDomino's location this is not the first time this is probably the third time that bad service came from this location mepersonally I would never buy from this place ever again and nor with my dad. Over 10 years ago I quit ordering from the 16th & Arlington Domino's Pizza. The pizza was always cold, not even tepid, wrong... orders, or even at all. It was horrendous. I would call the store and no one would answer and if they did they would just saysorry and hang up. They have now turned their delivery/service around and delivery is spectacular. Read more
The last two orders from this location have been really good experiences. I ordered from here a few months back and tonight. I... figured the first time was give them another chance. Both of the more recent experiences have been really good. No complaints atall. The food was still hot/warm and the delivery drivers were great! I hope it stays this way with this location. (2018) I trynot to ever leave bad reviews, but this was a really not a good experience. First, I knew it would be a wait, this is why Ididn't pay attention to anything before the "perfection check". I waited well over an hour for my order. My order was stuck inthe limbo of "perfection check" for 30+ minutes, and then delivery for another 40+ minutes. I called the store after about 20minutes (of delivery limbo) to let them know I don't have a porch light. The guy on the phone was short and repetitive with me,slightly rude if you ask me. I wasn't trying to be an a-hole just trying to make sure if the driver had trouble they knew whatcould be a problem because I was worried that was the problem (the store is less than 5 minutes from my house and I factored inanother delivery or so). It is dark on my street so I was outside waiting as soon as it said "out for delivery" 20 minutes go byand I am thinking "I hope they didn't miss my house". The driver came about 20 minutes after I called. He parked about twohouses down with a light (I guessed this would happen, this is why I went out as soon as it said out for delivery). As soon as Iknew he was at the wrong house I asked if he was from Dominos, and told him that it was my order. He literally ran over to bringmy pizza. He is the reason I give the 2 star not just 1. The delivery driver, I really appreciate, but my pizza was cold (I hada feeling it would be) and honestly not that good. The toppings were a little skimpy. Driver had very obvious pink eye in his right eye. He should not have been working. I had to throw away my order totaling $31.... Pink eye is highly contagious. I had to bleach my front door and handrails to prevent contamination. I just found out I lostmy job, and I was treating myself to pizza. That $31 meant a lot to me, and I was so sad to have to throw it away, but I can'tafford to get treated for pink eye. They should put their customers first instead of profit and shut down if they have a pinkeye epidemic on their hands. I wouldn't be surprised if all the staff ended up infected as contagious as it is. I will nevereat at this location ever again, since they don't respect food safety. Read more
