Ordered here twice and both times waited more than two hours i kid u not food was almost inedible after putting it back in the... oven. So I call back today because the man I spoke with said he?d put a credit under my number to get my whole order again andnow someone ?cancelled it? been waiting since 2 o?clock for ?night manager to be there? only to call again and get asked if Icould wait another hour to speak to someone who could help me. Wish I would?ve just ordered on card to at least get my 30 bucksback. Read more
Typically fast and good. Tonight my order never arrived. The tracker noted that my pizza was prepared, baked, inspected, and... sent for delivery. the tracker went all over the local map, and back to the dominoes before assuring me that my order wasdelivered. Which it wasn't. Very dissatisfying experience. Edit. Driver showed up around 1:00am (ordered before 11pm) banging onthe door, for a contactless delivery. Salad was cooked through from sitting on the pizza. Sandwich looks like it's been takenapart, had the chicken picked out and then put back together. Absolutely unacceptable for the driver to show up at this hourbanging on the front door, when instructions stated knock on GARAGE door. A telephone call would have been acceptable. But thisdelivery verges on creepy. I had given up, expecting to call for a refund in the morning. Not expecting total professionalism,but this is way beyond ok. Read more
One 12inch pizza that I guess was supposed to be 16 inch and the 11 inch I guess supposed to be the 14 inch... and the Brooklyn ... Style is definitely no where near any brooklyn style.. crust not flexible or foldable or as it wouldn?t be at least not on thesize pizzas I was given..gave this place two tries but it will not be a 3rd... I no longer shop there as of tonight. There's a young lady with glasses and bracelets was very rude. I was there a couple weeks... ago. She didn't cut my pizza. One of the gentleman address it to her. She got an attitude, finally cut my pizza and then slammedmy box on the warmer. Another occasion I was there to pick up my pizza and she started mocking me. If this is the conducttowards customers who spend money faithfully at their store. I would suggest to order from a different store. Read more
Decent service. Didn't have change in the drawer so they rounded down instead of rounding up which surprised me. Pizza was good.... Will definitely use them again Read more
I had ordered a spinach and feta pizza. It had no chicken. They told me I had to bring the pizza back to prove there was no... chicken. The reason I ordered delivery was to not drive anywhere; as I was getting ready to go out and needed to feed my kids. Ioffered to send a photo to prove there was no chicken but they insisited I bring it to them. Then they told me they were far toobusy to replace the pizza so I had to get a free pizza on my account for next time. Really a mess. Not to mention 3 of the 5females working all had gross hickey's on their neck. They were all older too; you would think they know how that is gross. Nota great look. ???? Read more
Placed an order on the app and moments later it was cancelled and manager advised they cannot deliver here. According to him,... I?m in the delivery area of another Dominos but the online app doesn?t allow me to chose my store, so it must be incorrectlyselecting my store. There is no way to override so I guess I just wasted 20 min and will now need to order from another pizzaplace. This is the second time I?ve placed an order with Dominos only to have it cancelled. The last time I was advised therewere no delivery drivers available. A few months ago, there was another issue with the app where I placed an order online andat the very end, I got an error message that my online order could not be completed. I?ve never had so many issues getting apizza chain to actually deliver pizza - but I have to imagine I?m not the only one experiencing these issues. Read more
