I placed an order for delivery over the phone, it was a small pepperoni pizza. Before placing the order I asked "are you 100%... sure you guys are able to have my pizza delivered to me? I understand you guys are short on delivery drivers sometimes". Thelady placed me on hold for a few minutes while she double-checked, then she said "yes I'm sure we will be able to deliver yourorder". As SOON AS my card was charged the $20 which included the $8 delivery fee, I got a call back from the store and thewoman on the phone says "yeah.. I'm calling about your order that you placed for delivery- we have no drivers can you cone pickit up?" I'm upset at this point I could have saved $10 and I just asked you 1 minute ago if you were sure you could deliver it!I asked if I could be refunded the delivery fee since I was coming to pick it up she said no I could only receive $5 of storecredit/ towards my next order. I ordered a pizza at 5:30pm by 5:45pm my pizza was cancelled. I called the number listed for the cancelation and a woman did... pick up then left me on hold before hanging up on me. Now when I call the number it goes through the whole Domino's thing beforesaying this number is no longer in service and to try another number. I wasn't rude and I didn't yell all I wanted to know waswhy it was cancelled that was it. I tried calling a few more times but got no answer from an actual person. Read more
If I could rate them zero I would! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! My client ordered a pizza and they gave him the wrong... order. When he called the store to inform them they stated he would have to wait 20 minutes for a remake. I called the store onhis behalf to ask if it could be expedited since he had small children who had already waited 30 minutes and was hungry. Themanager was rude and hung up on me. Tried calling back and they wouldn?t answer. When I went to pick up the pizza I asked tospeak to the manager and he refused to come to the window and told the guy working to close the window in my face. Been waiting an hr and a half for my pizza that I ordered on line to be baked. I called to ask got hung up on. Came up here they... got standing outside. Still ain't made my food. The workers there are unprofessional. The food is horrible and the company should hire new employees. It's a couple of employees... who will lie too get someone fired and it's unfair the manager and other shift leads have to work with immature and unrulypeople. My mother ordered a carryout pizza which I went to pick up. The first pizza was made by John. From pass experience Johnis a horrible employee and should never be working on any pizza. It was burnt and didn't even have all the toppings I ordered. Iwent back with the receipt and asked for a remake and showed the picture I have if the pizza and was told "why did didn't Ibring the pizza back". I was told years ago in Indianapolis, Indiana by health code violation one is not to bring food productsback into the restaurant under any circumstances. Then I asked for a manager and she told me 20 minutes before it would be madeagain. I stood outside in the rain when they have a lobby for the pizza. Finally I'm allergic to onions and onions are still onthe pizza. So we as a family just gave up and the experience ruined the night. Can I please get a credit for another pizza? Read more
