First and last time ordering here. I was given food in a timely manner and can attest to that but that?s about as good as it... gets. My food wasn?t cut at all, grease trap within each of my pizzas. The top of the pizza boxes when open had pizza all overfrom it soaking and sticking to it, pizza was dripping in grease when trying to eat it. I would enjoyed it a lot more if theytook their time a little more but atleast the pizza would have been more appetizing. Read more
Normally I make my own pizza but domino's is definitely close and a good go to when you don't feel like cooking. I like to drive... a window and the app is very useful. Read more
Updated my review as service has been great and web ordering getting a little better, but that's a corporate thing.
I ordered at 5:30 and it is almost 7:00 and no food. I called to ask how much longer it would be and the guy said 20-30 more... minutes. I can guarantee that my food will be cold as well. This happens every time I order from there. I will not be orderingfrom there again. Here it is 7:40 and still no food. The worker wouldn?t let me talk to a manager and when I asked for theirnames he said I don?t feel comfortable giving you that information. This place is a total joke. I?d give zero stars if I could. Find another meal alternative. Order was placed online and was quoted 52-62 minutes. Called the store after 62 minutes and no... one picked up the phone after 6 minutes so I hung up. Called again the same thing happened. Order was showing online that myorder was still being prepped at the 60 minute mark. Order changed stages to quality check at at the 75 minute mark. I calledthe store back again to see if this was accurate and the manager finally answered and said that ordering online doesn?t giveactual wait time, just a general estimate. Manager said that the order should be delivered 10-15 minutes later putting thedelivery time at almost 2 hours. I asked the manager for some sort of a discount since the order is extremely late and themanager said he could only cancel the order. Doesn?t make sense to pay full price for a service that wasn?t rendered as quotedso I?ll be reporting the full charge to my bank. Understand that there are staff shortages but I would have found alternativemeal plans if I knew that the wait was going to be this long and online delivery isn?t accurate. Find food elsewhere. I usually have no problems with Dominos but this location really dropped the ball! I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta and when it... arrived I was appalled with how light it was. When I opened it up I was suprised to see that I could see the bottom of the dishthrough the pasta! It literally only had MAYBE a cup or so in there. Definitely not worth 5.99. I'm sure they must have ran outof pasta or something and said screw it we will just use whats left. It was absolutely unacceptable! I attached pictures asproof. The pizza we got was just fine but the pasta... I am just mind blown. You can even consider that a meal! Read more
Worst chicken I ever had. Disappointed with delivery and food quality. Did not make the sandwich as ordered. Took 33 min to... deliver after the driver left store for a distance of 1.2 mile. The food was cold with hardened cheese. Never order from thisstore again. Such a bad service Read more
This place is horrible. Do NOT order delivery if you?re not prepared to wait 2+ hours. They also have no customer service and... are so incredibly rude. They rarely answer the phone and if they do, they are rude and would eventually just hang up on you.This place needs some new management or staff. Read more
