This location is the worst, always something. Tried to order today they took my money then called and said they couldn't deliver... so they cancelled my order but I won't get my money back for a few days! Other times we have ordered it gets here and it'seither cold or wrong and the employees there are rude. I'd order somewhere else but this is the only pizza place that willdeliver in our neighborhood. I was not dissatisfied with service nor food. Went to the Domino's on Mann Rd, Indianapolis, IN. I do not give 5 stars unless... the service/food is above & beyond what is a normal expectation. 4 is pretty darn good! Read more

Ordered food online multiple time foods sometimes burnt not made right qnd what not but they never get sauces correct. So... tonight I call and ask why I got icing instead of garlic sauce he said drive to your house to drop it off or 20 off next order Isaid idk probably next order qll I wanted was explanation. Then he hung up on me like um ok way to for customer service idkwhy I continue to tip... I know its not drivers fault but their bosses are causing any tip problems !! Read more
The man who answered was not meant for customer service. He got angry with me for checking on my order after an hour. He... canceled my order without my consent. He refused to let me speak to a manager and he also refused to give me his name beforehanging up on me. If only three people were working he shouldn't be hard to figure out. I've ordered and like Dominos alot over the years. But I just took a bite and then about choked when I pulled out a 2inch pepper... stem. See picture. Then on same piece of pizza, a nice hard top as you can see in picture. If a child would of got that piece,things could of been alot worse. How could ANYONE not see that stem when making my pizza.
