They advertise as dine in until 10pm but we went at 6:30om and the door was locked. We were told to go to the window to order... and then at the window we were told we had to be in a car. There were 3 employees there, so not sure what the problem withserving us was. They need to change their signs if going to be closed. Read more

Ordered pizza and wings, was told it would arrive in 35 to 45 min. Received a phone call an hour later saying they didn?t have a... driver and asked if I could come pick it up. Not my first problem with this Donatos. Terrible. Read more

Please update your website and ordering information if the location will not be open for in-store pickup. Sitting in a drive... thru, with no phones being answered really isn't good service. I don't mind the pick up window, but I do expect communicationespecially when I've already paid and been sitting here for over 20 mins past my order time with 3 other cars ahead of me. Superunprofessional. Also, you're understaffed because you don't pay LIVEABLE wages. I've seen your now hiring signs. Do better. Read more

Ordered the chicken bacon ranch because well I eat with my eyes and the picture looked good. When the order was delivered it... does not look like the pic in fact it looks like the forgot the ranch all together. Also orders extra meet on a different pizzaand it came with the same amount as a normal. Read more
