By far the worst Dunkin. Cannot handle volume. Should close the lobby because they completely ignore people anyway. Finally... once my order got placed, they brought the wrong order and refused to give me a refund. They turned off mobile ordering becausethey kept messing up orders. Haven't been to Duncan Donuts in over 40 years. Drove out of our way hoping to find donuts like when I was a kid. Poor... selection, not fresh, terrible service. Went to Meijers got good selection, fresh, better pricing. Grocery store did a betterjob than the donut store. Read more
First time there, it was ok, donut tastes like any other donut, customer service was regular. Lobby is real small.
Frequently out of donuts (which seems criminal). I believe the drive-thru menu is outdated because it has discontinued items... still on it. Frequently out of decaf coffee. In theory it seems like a convenient option for the castleton/fall creek areabecause the 82nd street Starbucks line is usually wrapped around the building, but because of the poor operations of this placeyou'd be better off going to the 96th street Dunkin location or just waiting in line at a Starbucks.
