Absolutely the worst, I ordered hash browns and there were only 5 and they were overcooked so bad that you couldn?t even bite... into it. Instead of making fresh ones they literally gave me the last few they had that properly sat under the heat lamp since 5am, it?s 8:45 am! Read more

By far the worst Dunkin. Cannot handle volume. Should close the lobby because they completely ignore people anyway. Finally... once my order got placed, they brought the wrong order and refused to give me a refund. They turned off mobile ordering becausethey kept messing up orders. This place needs new management/ownership. Read more

Haven't been to Duncan Donuts in over 40 years. Drove out of our way hoping to find donuts like when I was a kid. Poor... selection, not fresh, terrible service. Went to Meijers got good selection, fresh, better pricing. Grocery store did a betterjob than the donut store. Read more

First time there, it was ok, donut tastes like any other donut, customer service was regular. Lobby is real small.

Frequently out of donuts (which seems criminal). I believe the drive-thru menu is outdated because it has discontinued items... still on it. Frequently out of decaf coffee. In theory it seems like a convenient option for the castleton/fall creek areabecause the 82nd street Starbucks line is usually wrapped around the building, but because of the poor operations of this placeyou'd be better off going to the 96th street Dunkin location or just waiting in line at a Starbucks. This Dunkin location consistently has a long wait through the drive up whether you are the only car in line or one of a few.... Customer service training and new professional management is in order for this location IMMEDIATELY. I drove to this locationtoday, Oct. 2, 2021 around 9AM. When I placed my order for a dozen donuts, I asked if the donuts were made fresh. The manager orthe" older" guy ( as the majority of the staff are teens), abruptly asks me, " What do you mean by fresh?" I was floored. Ifyou have to ask your customers to define "fresh" in regards to the food that you are serving, then you are definitely in thewrong business. Going forward, I will take the extra 15 minute drive to Fishers to get better service and food for my money. The donuts were dried out on the inside and the "hash browns" (tots) were soggy. BTW, the teens are always nice..keep up thegreat work, young people! Read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin. Placed a large online order in the hope would be easier. Order wasn't ready, was made wrong. Was... asked to park in the back of the store. When order finally came it was only half. Waited for the rest of the order to find theyweren't bringing any more out. Got back in line and explained they had only given us half the order. Had to wait again. Once wefinally tried to enjoy our order, it tasted horrible. Would rate 0 stars if possible. Save yourself the trouble. Wasted an hourof my life. Read more
