Good for donuts not for coffee! I received my coffee in the drive thru and told her that was not what I ordered. He response... was? well that?s what we rang you out for. I gave her the coffee back and told her I would go elsewhere then. She did notapologize or try to make it right. Starbucks is right down the street and made me a nice coffee with pleasant employees. I have been a loyal Dunkin customer for several years. I have been ordering the same iced coffee drink made the same way for... close to 2 years- every single day no matter where I am. To get to a Dunkin, have even had to drive 20 miles 1 way. I have beenin Indy for about 1 1/2 months and have been to this Dunkin every morning that I've been here. Always friendly so the times thatthe drive-thru line has moved slowly, it hasn't been that bad. Most of the time, I use the app to order and pay. At thislocation, my drink has been wrong a few times but they always fix it with no problem. I don't know how the later shift is asI've only been there in the afternoon just a couple of times. The early morning staff is great though. The app- i am not a fanof this last update. Used to get a free drink with 200 points, now it's 500 points. Read more
Highly disappointed! My iced coffee- syrup wasn?t mixed in, they were out of Boston cream donuts & then refused to add on to my... order when I went to pay. I rarely leave a negative review as I?ve worked in the food industry & know how difficult it can be.But, the staff acted put out over a simple request. Life long New England Dunkin Girl & NEVER in my life have I ever been toldthat you couldn?t add onto your order if you forgot an item or simply wanted something else. It's Saturday and I have been sitting online for about 20 minutes with little movement. Once your in line you can't get out. I... understand being short staffed. But this is ridiculous. I have been going to Dunkin for years this was by far the worst experience. There were actually four people working there when I got to the window! Read more
I placed an order through the app to pick up as I had a larger order (two dozen doughnuts and 10 breakfast sandwiches) for a... work meeting. I assumed placing a larger order ahead of time was the right move instead of surprising the staff with a largerorder as a walk in. Well apparently not- when I arrived there was no friendly greeting, I was simply told very rudely that if Iwas going to place a large order not to do it online anymore. When I asked why the lady at the counter just waved in thedirection of the staff and said ?You know..? No, I don?t know. I also didn?t know warming up breakfast sandwiches and puttingtwo dozen doughnuts in a box was too much with a 45 minute notice. Very rude and very frustrating. Read more
Very disappointing experience. Drink tasted terrible, possibly rancid, and donuts were placed in bag poorly with icing on... bottom and a total mess. Obviously, the employees are not doing a good job. At one time, this was a good restaurant. Not atpresent however. Read more
Stopped here for breakfast, and I hate to say it, but this was the most disappointing meal I've had in a long while. An order... of hash browns consists of only 6 bite sized rounds, 3 of which were burnt. Bacon, egg, and cheese croissant....the croissantwas dried out and the cheese wasn't even melted. The sourdough breakfast sandwich really stole the show, though. Cheese notmelted, bread not toasted, and roughly half the sandwich was just bread. The eggs weren't seasoned at all.....no salt orpepper. Just a bland rubbery disc. I couldn't even finish it. Makes me wonder if this is how all Dunkin locations are, or ifthis is just a particularly bad one. Read more
Coffee is good and food as well, but I ordered for walk in pick up, and the store was locked. Had to hop on a very long drive... thru line just to pick up my order. Thankfully I had enough time to do it. Read more
