I?m giving 5 stars because the food is good and the prices are great. For two entrees, chips & salsa, and a pitcher of... maragaritas (roughly three drinks each for two people), as well as a 20$ tip, my wife and I paid 70 total, or 35 a person. I came in with my best friend and our kids. Our food was good and we no issues. I tipped 10.25 on a 85.75 bill. When I looked at... my banking app it said 102.36 was my total. I'm assuming there was an automatic gratuity charge. My issue is IT WAS NEVERMENTIONED OR STATED ANYWHERE. They charged me and extra 6 dollars and didn't say anything about it. Read more
I?m guessing I caught them on a bad day, but it was not a good experience. The food was mediocre at best. The restaurant was not... very busy, but the service was pretty poor. Took nearly an hour to get an order for five people, food didn?t come out asordered. Ran out of drinks/chips and salsa before we saw the server again. I would not recommend this place. Read more
It's not in my top 5 Mexican restaurants in Indy, but it's not terrible. Their location is good (corner spot in Fountain... Square), so maybe go there for a margarita, not dinner. Inside seating is cramped, and their Tilapia Mexicana is on the blandside. Chips are thick and crunchy and the salsa is a little spicy. We had to ask for a refill on the salsa, because they don'tprovide little containers of it for self serving. Read more

I ordered the steak burrito and was brought the chicken instead. I sent it back and it came out very fast. The steak had extra... gristle, light on the steak and heavy on beans, rice, and lettuce inside of it. I figured that was punishment for not keepingwhat I didn't order. The steak also wasn't that seasoned. I tried a piece of chicken from the Chic Fajitas and realized Ishould've kept the chic burrito, it was DELICIOUS. This is a busy location in the heart of Fountain Square. We were seated immediately despite it being a Saturday afternoon. The... service was great, the food came out quickly and was fresh and tasty, and the prices were reasonable and comparable to othersimilar restaurants in the area. The flan was also delicious. Good Mexican food with ok beer/liquor selection and fast servers. Well worth going to if you are wanting something different.
