Family member recommended this place since we were in the area. We ordered chicken nacho Supreme. We also had mozzarella sticks... It was ok. The nachos and salsa were ok. Ordered steak fajitas, Pina burrito, steak and shrimp platter, and texas chimichanga.Food just seemed salty. Idk why. But it was decent. I'd say try it for yourself. It wasn't bad just wasn't great either. Doubtif I'd go back if I'm in nap. Read more

Got decent service and yummy food. They gave inexpensive Mexican food. I liked the lunch fajita! My sister and I could’ve... shared a meal. She got the burrito bowl. The queso was good too. Our server wasn’t super attentive but we didn’t complain.Food tasted great! Read more

This place had a nice atmosphere. It was a very roomy place. We sat at a booth. The ledge to the window needs some cleaning. It... had remnants of food on it. We ordered chicken nacho Supreme. It was ok. We also had mozzarella sticks, it came with a lot oflettuce, tomato, and mozzarella. Wasn't sure what it was for, presentation maybe? It was ok. The nachos and salsa were ok. See apattern here? Ordered steak fajitas, Pina burrito, steak and shrimp platter, and texas chimichanga. To be honest we all thoughtthe food was on the salty side. The rice wasn't as fluffy as I'm used to at typical Mexican restaurants. Seemed like it was madefrom long grain rice, whereas I am used to short grain up north. I did enjoy the Pina burrito, it had steak and chicken withgrilled pineapple, topped with cheese. It was delicious. The horchata was really good as well. The bathrooms need to beremodeled. The women's smelled like sewage, but it was clean. The men's wasn't as clean according to my hubby. Service was good. Read more

Let me say that they NEVER disappoint!!!! I ordered the Texas Fajitas and they came out piping and plentiful! I had to take over... half of it home bc they gave me so much! Additionally, they have great frozen Margaritas! If you like Mexican food and youhaven't tried this place, What Are You Waiting for? ???? Read more

It's been quite a few years since I've been here at El Jaripeo, as I don't get out to this side of town very often. My wife and... I came in for a late lunch and were seated right away. It took a while for our order to be taken, seemed like some confusionover who our server would be. We finally ordered and our food came out fairly quickly. Our food was okay, it was hot, and theflavor was okay. It was nice visiting a place we used to frequent, but I can't say I would go out of my way to visit again. Read more

The only reason we visited for the first time yesterday was because my Grandson likes the horses on the outside of the... building….I ordered Enchiladas El Jaripeo (chicken) and the dish was mediocre. It’s like the food was just tossed onto theplate. Barely any cheese sauce, and the tortillas were barely cooked and just folded over. My Grandson had chicken tenders andfries which were just okay…The guacamole looked like it was squeezed out of a bag, for $3.99 ???? The waitress seemed sick ortired but she definitely wasn’t at her best. We saw her a total of two times. I had to ask a busser for the check and boxes. Read more

The place was clean and nice. Sever was great, just not very fun and personable. The portions were HUGE. I like that they had a... mild salsa option over the spicy one. The food was a bit bland to me. Read more

The food was excellently prepared with very little wait time. If you haven't had the opportunity to taste true Mexican cuisine... this is the place to go. The staff immediately provided accommodations for two leaving little to no waiting for the door to thetable. Read more
