We love Fazolis!!! Used to have one in our town but closed so everytime we travel and pass one, we have to visit!!
If I could give less than half a star I would. I visited this location on my lunch; order my food hand the cashier a $20 bill to... pay for my meal totaling $12.51. The lady went to ask a manager a question for me. When she return she ask me to pull up and shewould bring my good. As I was waiting for my meal I realized I did not receive my change or a receipt for my order. Then themanager said she would check the cameras because she counted the drawer it was correct but I never receive my change. Thinkingshe would just have to review the the handle it. But on second visit after calling the establishment said Corp only one who canlook at the cameras. The lady offer me nothing but a call back and rude attitude when I request a refund of $20 then I could payfor my meal with a card. Excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out fast and was very tasty. (Fazoli's bread sticks are the best!)... The restaurant was neat and clean. Overall, a great experience. You should eat at this Fazoli's. Read more
