Food is usually delicious, hot and fresh. Staff is typically very friendly. 4 stars instead of 5 since their drive thru has not... been lit up at night the past several times we've been through, and you cannot see the menu due to the lack of lighting. Staffis made aware everytime we come, but nothing has been done that we can see. Read more
The cashier was really nice and the food was amazing. You couldn't use the women's restroom cause somebody got stuff all over... the toilet. I go up and tell them and they still didn't clean them. So I went back up and asked to speak to the manager and hesaid I will get her for you and he gets some guy. I seriously had to use the restroom really bad and couldn't. He said I will gocheck it out but other then that they was really nice and the food was hot and very good. I went to the one down off MadisonAvenue in Greenwood, Indiana. This location was honestly the most friendly Fazolis if not friendliest fast food restaurant I have ever been too. The front... desk young woman was beyond nice and welcoming. Then the young woman working in the dining area was beyond nice. Definitely agreat and welcoming experience! Highly recommend! Read more
Do I really want to eat a slice of pizza I had to peel off of the styrofoam container? No! Is it so terribly hard to put a piece... of wax paper underneath? No! Where is the customer service? I think we left that before the pandemic. Customer service doesn'texist. Skip the poor fazoli's and just make something at home. Read more

Awful lights were out on the drive-thru screen, and couldn't see to order. The girl working was rude. we asked for a minute to... order since we couldn't see the screen. Spent almost 40 dollars. Got home. The pizza was literally burnt. My son wouldn't eveneat it. Read more
