Worst Firehouse I?ve been to in the continental United States. Walked in to get something to eat, walked out with no food.... Nothing but young children working there. They were using profanity and complaining about a customer on an online order. Gave noacknowledgement of my existence, 3 of them were playing on one kid?s phone, no regard for customer service or making any moneyfor the business apparently. Firehouse Subs is my favorite sandwich place. I go every week. The food is good, Hook n Ladder my choice, and its the only place... I know to get Miss Vickies smokehouse chips! The staff are nice, quick and the prices are good too. Read more
I went in today to place an order and there were 2 black ladies working. 1 old n 1 young. The older lady was out front. I walked... in as the lone customer in the store. In the lowest tone above a whisper she called herself greeting me. In which I barelyheard. I had to ask did she say anything? The complete vibe of attitude made me feel as if I will refrain from interacting toprevent confrontation. I placed my order w mistakes due to her lack of explanation. I had a Italian combo.The younger girlcomes out w a disinterested attitude lack of eye contact and didn't speak to mk my order. The older lady handed me a cup and Ipd for the order. Due to her tone I had to ask to repeat herself and I got the attitude as if im bothering her. I tried my bestto stay friendly and not respond to that. I made my drink and remembered I can choose any size drink w the combo. So I askedher was there a bigger size cup. She replied that the medium cup she volunteered to gv me is the size that comes w it. I pointedout on the wall that it said ANY SIZE. She stated well thats what I rung u up for so thats the size u got. I explained that iswhat she gv me without any other option. She got an definite attitude and grabbed the large cup and put it on the counter waggression. I felt like I need to leave immediately. As my sandwich was being prepared I knew it had been a while. I went toask if my name has bn called and it had but of course who can hear it when she's talking so low only the person standing next toher can hear. I grabbed my bag and left. Distracted i left my chips. Now im mad... I stay 25 min away w gas over $5 a g?allon.So I tried calling up there and the line is busy for over 30 min straight. I give up. I hv never had this type of service orattitude from any firehouse sub. This taught me a lesson. Speedway location is SUPERB ON SERVICE AND QUALITY. #AccordingToArmon 5 Star Review for Anita!!! She made me a BOMB Large Turkey Bacon Ranch Twice! The first one I shared with my... wife so I decided to order a second one for myself and it was even better than the first! I also ordered the Combo so it camewith chips and a drink! The Turkey Bacon Ranch comes with the three obvious ingredients of course, tomato, cheese, lettuce,onion & mayo! They also give you the bread options between White & Wheat! If you are a Rewards/Points Member of Firehouse, besure to plug your phone number in to receive points from your visit as our total price was around $30 or so and we receivedaround 2900 points from that visit alone! 10,000 points will get you a free sub of your choice! I ordered a Cajun chicken sub. It was given to me with bread, lettuce, jalapeños, and banana peppers. That?s it. No chicken or... anything else. Tony, who claimed to be a manager refused to remake the sub because they?d be losing out on money. This place,along with Tony are a major joke. Read more
My husband just brought home sandwiches from this location and he walked in placed the order only for them to mess up a pastrami... with cheese and extra cheese. He paid 15 bucks a sandwich. When he got home in Kokomo there was a small piece of cheese on oneside. Needless to say we won't be back. Get it together people. Read more
