Went to pump gas and the pump wasn?t working. Went inside and the lady with black glasses told me that it would automatically go... back into my account. Which it didn?t, she continues telling me that she doesn?t know how to work the pump and depending my bankit would take days to receive my money back. I left the gas station, then called my bank and they told me that a automaticrefund?..is a automatic refund that the refund was supposed to go to her computer and she was supposed to accept the refund.Which I?m assuming she didn?t do since she kept on telling me she didn?t know what to do. I reported this to corporate and theywere as useless as the cashier, telling me that my advantage card didn?t have my name on it and refused to help me. Are youserious, this place stole $30 dollars from me. Luckily I had my receipt and disputing this transaction. Plus I went back to talkto a manager, there wasn?t a manager working. Stopped multiple times in the last two weeks after getting off of work between 10:30pm- 11 pm and they are repeatedly closed.... Website and app both say they are open 24hours But place and pumps are completely dark. Others are stopping too and having toturn around and leave. What?s the point in being 24 hours if you aren?t going to be open? At least update your app and website. Read more
I don?t leave reviews, but this place was a real letdown. We had a forty minute wait while our Tesla charged. Should be enough... time to grab some food and sit to eat it, right? Wrong. We ordered as soon as we got in and had just received our food when itwas time to leave. I mean, if it was sit-down restaurant quality food, I wouldn?t think about it, but this is gas station food.My dad also didn?t get the cheese sauce he ordered and paid for. I bought boneless barbecue chicken wings. Brought them home and found that they are scorched! The response when I called was... not what I expected. It wasn't customer service it was like, "well sir I don't know what you want me to do". Really.... Thefirst response should have been will bring it back sir and we will either replace it or give you your money back. I had toinitiate that response by saying it myself.
