This location has went way down hill!! My last 4 orders from them have been very disappointing due to the SMALL amount of... toppings that they are putting on their expensive pizza's. Apparently this is the new normal for them, they are intentionallyripping their customers off to save money on toppings. I hope the other locations are not following their poor example... Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza with extra Pepperoni and black olives and bread sticks. Came to... $25.66 Get the order and the pizza was Pepperoni and black olives. Told the young boy it was wrong and he takes it rolls hiseyes and another young guy came to window and said "oh missing cheese for bread sticks?" Now to wait another 15 mins for orderto be correct. Normally they're pretty good. Last trip though...the pizza wasn't even in the oven when I showed up to pick it up..them there... was next to no sauce on the pizza. At one point I thought they had completely forgot to put it on.. Read more
Your drive thru window is ridiculous. Lady wouldn't give me my order unless I parked my van in the middle of the parking lot... aisle. In case you are wondering my van is to tall to fit under the awning. Oh well $40 not wasted Read more
We had a terrible experience with the customer service at Greeks on 71st. We have been regular customers at this location for at... least 4 years. We have had amazing service up until now.. We called and asked about the special they were offering. We were toldwe had to order online. We had went over the steps to make sure we were doing it correctly. We still were having issues, sothey apologized and said they couldn't give us the special, even though the website was not operating correctly. So we finallygot it done. We called and asked if our pizza was on the way. They said they were not doing any deliveries today, but our pizzawas there and ready. They had also said it was ordered as carry-out. Which I double checked to make sure we ordered everythingcorrectly since the website was freezing. So I asked well how long had my pizza been sitting there. He replied "It's been readyfor 30 minutes. " I said ok, why hadn't someone called to remind or figure out why hadn't picked up? He said wellMy order hasbeen there for a half hour and you don't question?" He said they don't. I very kindly asked can you remake them given that theyhave been there sitting for a half-hour. He said they are fine they are sitting on top of the oven. No we can not make themagain. So.i asked for a refund and he said they do not refund online orders. In result of this experience we will no longer bea customer and we will be sure to let others know of this ridiculous policy....... Read more
I work near this area and order carry out at least a couple times a week for a few different reasons: 1. Best pizza, hands down,... as far as quality and taste are concerned. Blows the major chains out of the water. 2. I order and 10 to 15 minutes later, pizzais in my hands. I have never waited here more than 3-5 minutes, which beats waiting 20 minutes at any other place nearby. 3.Small 1 topping is more than enough for one person and the price beats every other place's "value" meal costs. 4. Went to carryout from here and as always Greek's pizzeria is our favorite place for pizza. Fast and priced just nicely and they... have such an amazing staff. Also the meat lover's pizza aka the gourmet meat pizza is the best pizza hands down. Sandwiches arethe best here too. Spend 20 on an x large pizza and you won't be sorry. Got the chicken bacon ranch pizza from this location, and it was amazing, even better than the other locations pizza that I have... had in the past. Their ranch is unreal. Will come back!!! Read more
