Drive thru did not give me my two orders of fries, to complete my order of$25.33. Disappointing service. Tried to call, but... Fax machine on their phone line. Won't be back. Very disappointing, we like their food, but customer service is everything -and at the price of gas, I have to support businesses that care enough to give customers what they paid for. Read more

Going to any fast food restaurant is risky in that you never know what will actually be in the bag when you drive away, but this... place, 100% of the time, gets my order right. Not only that, but they?re efficient and friendly. Real food. Real good. Real fast! The surrounding fast food places (Wendy's *especially *, Burger King, McDonald's), have... absolutely NOTHING!! on Hardee's! Ordered four meals with six beef patties total, they must have only had five at the time, because they literally left the meat... off of my pregnant wife?s Sandwich and we had to cook a patty at home. We paid 35 dollars , good money to a fast food restaurantfor those meals ..... I?ve never had this happen to me anywhere in my life. Check your order before you leave!!!! Stopped in for lunch, the Frisco burger could of been a lot better and freshly cooked. Nachos was good and my drink tasted like... crazy no syrup in coke I got. Also not the friendliest staff either, font think I revisit the store again. Read more
