This used to be one of my favorite fast foods, however, over the past years, the food has really downgraded. The food doesn't... taste as good as it used to. I've tried different burgers and all lack something, whether it's flavor or cooking time. Hopefullythey get better but we'll see. Read more

Got the wrong food delivered and never received my refund. I can't even say that it was a fair trade because it definitely was... not! They don't pay attention and they don't respond to feedback or contact requests. I will never order from them again. Replyto owner: I already reached out and you have the reference number. I've already chalked this order as a loss. Stop putting on ashow for these people. You all care about as much as that delivery driver who, when asked about the incorrect order, said it'snot his job to deliver food - AS A DOORDASH DELIVERY DRIVER! That is literally his one job! The worse chicken biscuit I have ever eaten from Hardee's. I ordered ahead online was late picking it up got there, they wasn't... busy and my food still wasn't ready.
