I gave 3 stars because the biscuit and gravy was really, really good. The service on the other hand wasn't great. When I pulled... up to the drive thru window, there was a younger guy standing there. Went in drive thru today to order a chocolate shake. ?We don?t have shakes we got rid of that? Well its on the menu and its on... the website. To order it for delivery takes you right to Door Dash... WARNING: Came to this location with our family to a filthy restaurant. The manager was verbally abusing her employees and the... customers (us). Manager started yelling at us after we asked why there was a half eaten hamburger in the warmer and she admittedit was hers. At this point she noticed we took videos and she yelled more. We asked for a refund and she declined our request.She called get GM to get and ?authorization? for a refund. Wish i could hit no stars.We hope the Gm contacts us but i think shecalled her mom. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for my food. They did not give me what I ordered. They did not give me my fries they gave... me a small ham and cheese when I ordered the big ham and cheese. The burritos were terrible. Very disappointed......I will notbe back! Read more
