I stopped by the Hardees on 09/22/22 for dine in breakfast and ordered the loaded omelet biscuit meal, and dined in at the... thompson & 37 location and it was really good. Today 09/23/22, I stopped by again to order the same thing , unfortunately Iwent through drive-thru, because my job has me on the go! I placed my order, it was $7.61. I did not get what I ordered, and Ishould not have to check my order, nor do I have time to come back because my order is wrong. Very disappointed! Maybe in thefuture your employees will pay attention to the orders passed out the window, as I paid too much for just a sandwich I didn'twant, and a drink. Read more
This isn't my 1st time to this store but it was probably the most disappointing one. When I got to the drive thru there was only... 1 person ahead of me. After getting to the speaker, the individual sounded like I was an inconvenience to him for being there.Ordered a #7 with a large lemonade. Waited in behind the other customer for at least 8 minutes before they pulled away. Guy atthe window wasn't very happy. Very slow and monotone. Needless to say. The fries were mediocre at best. How this place is getting so many good reviews is beyond my comprehension. Today is the third time in a row I have shown up at... this place during dine-in hours and the doors have been locked. The first time was a late dinner, second time was breakfast,today early lunch (about 11:30). Having a location within walking distance of a truck stop, if you must close down a section dueto lack of staff, close the drive-thru not the lobby. There's no way one of those semi trucks is getting through yourdrive-thru. I don't know about anyone else but this location has wasted enough of my time and has completely lost me as acustomer. Despite the facts: * I prefer Hardee's over McDonald's and Burger King and definitely White Castle. * Hardee's is theonly fast food place I know of where I can still get grilled chicken. Read more

Well , let?s say the gravy is a bit watered down, thin and not great. The biscuits are so buttery and amazing. I can do with... ok gravy do to the amazing biscuits. Not big on lunch here, but breakfast, a must I even get hash browns and pour the gravyon them. I will eat breakfast at Hardee?s again Read more
When I pulled up to this location, I questioned if it was open or not. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a drink. When I opened... the wrapper, everything looked really good.
