Could be great... Service was over attentive, to the point of overkill. despite that, got the order wrong. prawn cocktail was... built up to be the most exciting and interesting dish in the world...it's just 3 pretty tasteless prawns, with some very hothorseradish sauce. Partners steak was really good, a fillet. Son's steaks, from kids menu was spot on. I ordered ribeye, givenstrip - looked at with disgust by porter who brought the food, as if it was my fault. Waiter then came over and was fullyapologetic for being his mistake. Replacement steak brought and offered complementary soup and salad while it came. When itcame, it was pretty disappointing. Waiter did ask if i wanted it cooked more, as he knew it was rushed out. but given that theothers at the table had eaten, i just accepted it, rather than sit on my own. given a free desert, which was brownies andreally good. Jasmine Walker was the best waitress we have ever had. The food was delicious, but she was truly incredible. We were celebrating... my birthday and she made it very special. We never wanted for anything, she brought extra and was extremely attentive. Wouldhighly recommend this restaurant, and ask for Jasmine if you are at the north location! Read more
We were here for a celebratory luncheon for a relatives' graduation. The waiters Owen and Parker were pretty attentive and... provided excellent service and the food portions were pretty big. I had the Izzy style New York strip with fries, which wasgood. I liked how they separated the sauce so we could add or not use any at all. This was our first visit. We had planned to have dinner at Ruth's Chris, but it was going to be a 2-3 hour wait. Same story at... The Cheesecake Factory. There was no waiting here, and we were seated on the second level. Nice atmosphere. I had the pork chopswith mashed potatoes, which were very good. Our son-in-law's steak was not cooked the way he expected, so they took it back tocook it further and didn't charge him for his dinner. Nice night with our family. Read more
A PERFECT dinner to close our date weekend. Our waiter Matthew C. was very thorough and informative. A great server. I had the... bone in ribeye medium rare/rare. It was cooked to PERFECTION! This is a nice venue for a special occasion celebration. While most of the menu items were a little pricey, the food was tasty,... especially their yummy yeast rolls; kale, sausage and potato soup; and the ribeye steak (Oscar style)!! I truly appreciate theservice from the wait staff, who were very accommodating and gracious when more people joined us than anticipated and we had torelocate to another area. My experience was great at this place. The bread as appetizer were delicious. The service was great and the guy serving us was... quick to acknowledge to everything. Although I highly dislike the Izzy Style New York strip. This was the most expensive meal onthe menu but still was bitter to taste and full of black pepper. I personally dislike it and would not recommend it to anyone.They were kind enough to take it off my check as I was unable to consume it. Otherwise everything was great. Read more
