Ordered Chicken Dum Biriyani ($14) and Mutton Dum Biriyani ($16) on Saturday night for take out order. It was ready within half... an hour. The quantity of the Biriyani is big and large enough for 2 people. It had 3 chicken pieces. However the raita and saladare not sufficient at all - just smallest 1 bowl for raita and 1 bowl for salan. The chicken Biriyani taste was great andordered mild which was not too spicy. But the goat Biriyani was super spicy and also there were less number of goat pieces whichis not enough for that portion of Biriyani. I love the restaurant atmosphere and staffs are great. They have pastries also whichare delicious. Read more

Came just after lunch hour. Wait staff were knowledgeable, courteous & friendly! We had been here before but had not asked as... many questions or tried as many items as we wanted to do this time. We decided on: shrimp biryani; tikki masala (chickencurry); tandoori chicken; & garlic Naan. Obviously too much for two people! We order to buffet & take home leftovers. Andleftovers we did have! Large portions, perfect to share! Options for spice levels - we got medium spicy. We discussed if wewould enjoy it w the (one level remaining) increased spice. We both agreed while we might be able to tolerate a higher spicelevel, it was perfect the way it was! Spicy enough to warm one inside to out & maintain the taste integrity of each layer offlavor-filled dishes. Enjoyed our entire food celebration! Will return! Read more

We visited this place in Friday evening. It is super busy on weekends. Given it is always like that, I am disappointed to see... that they have not come up with an efficient way to manage the waiting list or start reservations in advance. We ordered dosa, chole bhature and chili paneer. The dosa tastes good when served hot. Our dosa was cold and potatoes inside it were not warm aswell. The chutneys were bland. Chole bhature were ok. Chilli paneer was the only dish which tasted authentic. There is noconsistency in the taste and temperature of the food which makes us hesitant to drive all the way to castleton. The peoplemanaging this place are helpful and trying their best to cater to big crowds and carry out orders, but the wait times andquality of food should be focused on and improved for this place to sustain longer. If I know I am going to get authentic (notbland) hot food in my table, I would not mind visiting this place every week. Read more

The place is mid range in terms of the venue and the ambiance. Food is very good. Vijayawada Chicken Biriyani Regular ($16) is... enough for two people and the taste is okay. The Biriyani gravy was low compared to amount of rice. Still a good deal. KottuParotta Chicken was top knotch! Highly recommended place. Make sure to have hive portions! Read more
