Jack in the Box has a great breakfast menu that they serve all day. I had the Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich, Mom had the Chicken... Nuggets, and we shared a Two Tacos. Food and service consistent with other Jack locations I've eaten at. Frustrating that theirdining and in store counter aren't open (not unique to Jack, seems most fast food places these days). We were heading home froma family visit, and I REALLY didn't want to eat in the car. Other than that, a good experience. Read more

My first time. The classic burger was decent. The novelty added to that. Drive_through was typical service. I did ask if she... took my order correctly; I wanted the burger only and the bill was around $7. Read more

Been here 3 times in 2 years. Twice they've not answered the drive thru intercom or came to the window even though there is... someone inside and it's 4 hours before they close. The other time the food was okay. Turn off the lights if you aren't goingto serve people instead of wasting the time of 10 people waiting in the line. Read more

This place was absolutely disgusting!!!! We stood for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Most of the staff were sitting... down in the lobby, swearing and being extremely loud! We finally got around to ordering our food which came out extremely cold! How does that even happen? The floor was sticky as nobody bothered to mop and there was spilled soda EVERYWHERE!!! There wereblack bugs flying all over, likely fruit flies. The lobby soda machine was literally out of 98% of drinks and we had to standaround AGAIN, waiting for someone to fill up our cups from the drive thru drink machine. Find another location before cominghere as you will regret it if you don't. Read more

I ordered from here on the app and showed up about 15 minutes later to pick it up. It wasn?t ready when I arrived and I ended... up waiting another 15 just for them to give my order to one of the customers in the drive-thru by accident. After this guydrove away with my food it took them another 10 minutes to remake my order and when I got home and bit into my burger, it wasraw in the middle. I love Jack in the Box but it?s safe to say that I am never going back to this location again. Read more

1st time in a long time for jack in the box, ordered these so-called amazing CLUCK sandwiches...well it was horrible....fries... were cold, drinks had zero ice and the sandwiches well...see my photos...spending almost $20 on 2 combos and the sandwiches areso small and uneatable. So disappointing. Won't be back. Save yourself the trip and just go to Popeyes. Read more

I pulled up to my second Jack in the Box in Indianapolis (because the Greenwood one was closed "due to staffing" ) about 8:30pm... and sat behind 2 other customers in the drive thru for 25 minutes. When I finally made it to the order box, I was told it wasgoing to be 30 more minutes because "the systems are down" so I declined because I wanted to continue on my 3 hour drive. But Icouldn't get out of the one lane drive for another 15 minutes and they took the order of the car sitting behind me, so when Igot to the first window I placed an order anyway since I'd waited that long. After placing my order, the employee told me topull around to the lot and they'd bring the food out to me.  I continued to wait until 9:30 and still had not received my mealover 30 minutes passed the time I'd ordered it. I then called the phone number on the receipt to get an update or cancel myorder since the dining room doors were locked. It rang until the answering machine picked up. Finally after being unable toreach them on the phone, and watching two customers get their food after they parked 20 minutes after I did, I left without myfood. I'm not sure what all the employees were doing in there, I saw several in the store, despite acting understaffed, withsigns mentioning "no late night, closing at 10" handwritten signs on the menu board. I'd imagine a combination of unmotivatedand lazy workers and poor wages are a large contributing factor to the quality employee shortage. I notice the multiple hiringnotices on both locations and on my receipt boast flexible scheduling and no experience needed, but say nothing about fair orcompetitive wages. If you're not willing to pay good and fair wages, you won't find good workers willing and motivated to applyand come to work. Read more
