Attempted to pick up an online order inside, however as soon as I walked in, 2 employees were physically fighting while... screaming at one another. All customers in the restaurant were clearly uncomfortable and the manager just told to 2 to fightoutside (which was very odd management). The 2 ladies in front of me were clearly not happy with the commotion and how long itcaused everything to take. The 2 employees walked back in and continued to punch, push, and shove each other, now a 3rd employeetrying to get in the middle to stop them but also getting punched and shoved in the process. At this point, I just wanted toleave and get my money back but the manager and employees were too preoccupied with the fight, so I just left as I was on a timecrunch. Very very disappointed. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Worse restaurant I?ve ever been to. We ordered $70 worth of food & we realized we were... missing one sandwich. After letting the staff know numerous times they wouldn?t give us the chicken sandwich we were missingbecause the manager ?swore? he gave us all the sandwiches and wouldn?t replace it until we brought him back all the food. A fewof us had already started eating because we waited 25 minutes for our food so we all had to stop eating to take our half eatenfood to them so they could trust us. If we?re wasting this much money on food you better believe we?re not trying to rip anyoneoff, especially over a chicken sandwich. Horrible staff, their attitude was gross and we were only dealing with ONE staff memberbut the rest of the workers proceeded to say stuff under their breath. So unprofessional. Read more
I just ate here. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!! This is the most unprofessional manager I have EVER encountered!! My burger was ICE cold... and the manager argued with me, telling me she just brought them up very rudely. Another customer complained about the samething while I was in line. She had a nasty attitude, and terrible customer service. Read more
I have a cousin in San Diego who swears by his sausage croissant at Jack in the Box. Saw one here while driving and stopped and... got breakfast. Typical fast food breakfast items, decent taste. Next time I come back I?ll try the burgers! Read more
Place has horrible customer literally asked if I ordered everything while ordering for 3 people then chick in back want to say... are they gonna order more both time I?ve came her it has been nothing but rude disrespectful people! If I could give them a 0 I would. When I went into the drive thru I ordered a Large Oreo milkshake and a Large curly fry . They... took time to even come the window . When I received my food there was an excessive amount of whipped cream on the top of myshake however i didn't think much about it. and I received the bag with my fries with a BUNCH of napkins. We pull off and Istart to drink my shake. It is very THICK I literally needed a spoon to drink it . It was straight ice cream and vanilla on topand crumbs of oreo on bottom. Now that's even the worst of it . I start to eat my fries and the container isn't even half fullmind you I ordered a large. There's a mixture of regular cut fries even though I ordered curly . I am upset. I was just in here today to pick up my mobile order of 2 of the 2 tacos for .99 and a plain cheeseburger. I drive... home and open my bag to start eating and there is only 1 of the 2 tacos for .99. That's not that upsetting though so I take abite of my plain cheeseburger only to discover it isn't plain it has bacon in it. I can not eat bacon due to my religion.
