I have had poor experiences here in the evening but never enough to warrant a review, so I rationalized that it was a problem... after 5PM and decided to give it a shot during the day: NOPE. I?ve left requests for contact regarding other Jack in the Boxstores and never been contacted. I don?t care how good the tacos are, I have always had an issue when going to any Indy-arealocation. Jack n the box is my favorite place hands down the food is always fresh an hot,it's always clean an well stocked in front if... not it's taken care of quickly. We drive 2 hours to come to this particular Jack n the Box. We traveled to Ohio an Nashville toother Jack n the Box but this is our favorite ever since I had it in Seattle I'm a total fan. Had the grilled chicken sandwich..I was glad they put it on toasted regular white bread than a bun..it was tasty. Also tried the... jumbo egg rolls which were actually really good, definitely would come back for more. ???? Read more
Greenwood, IN location is very very disappointing. Had issues with a simple order of loaded tiny tacos, chicken sandwich and a... drink that they would not fix. They even got an attitude. Whoever the manager was wouldn't even take his eyes off his phone toassist me. He said that's how they come. So I guess loaded tiny taco and an order or normal tiny tacos are the same thing minusthe price. The complete order was cold. The drink was wrong as well. Simply can't win with those guys. Read more
Worst tacos I've ever had in my life. McDonald's has better food. No ice in the ice machine and they didn't have any unsweetened... ice tea either. This is my first time eating at any Jack in the Box and based off of the inferior food quality this will be myonly time eating here. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. Read more
I am visiting Jack in the box after 6 years ( I tried it in Washington state 6 years ago) Ordered chicken sandwich, curly... fries, soda. Bit disappointed with the food and overall service, experience. Soda - some flavors were unavailable. Ordered from this place on multiple occasions and had my orders cancelled when the store wasn?t closed, or didn?t receive all of... my order. I ordered 2 combos, only got one, the food was stale and cold, and my tea tasted like water. Was absolutely disgustingand the chicken was undercooked, which is a health hazard. Onion rings were hard as a rock I thought I was chewing through atire. Don?t recommend this jack in the box, seems like their people are lazy despite being open late nights. What a sadembarrassment of a food establishment. Needs new staffing and better training. Read more
We tried them for the first time, and it was not worth it. $20 wasted. I could have spent less somewhere else, and got much... better food. We were the only customers, and they not only messed up one of our burgers, but the burgers themselves weredisgusting. On one, the cheese was somehow, maybe, 2"X2" square (if not smaller), I don't even know how that is possible. Thelettuce looked and tasted like they soaked it in dirty mop water. The other burger: We simply asked for no ketchup & no mayo.Simple, right? Instead they removed EVRYTHING else (lettuce, cheese, tomatoes) but somehow kept the ketchup. HOW?!? The frieswere unmemorable, and cold. Do NOT go here. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I wish I had checked the reviews first, I'mobviously not the only one with an issue.
