Cool people, good pizza, cinnamon dessert pizza wasnt great but rest was ????????
Customer for 6 years. General Manager (Adriana) would not take my american express as a payment. It wasnt an issue two weeks... ago. She gave exuses of having to use door dash? Hi! Not a review, but a huge suggestion! Received a coupon in the mail for your spot, however, i am vegan (i eat nothing that... comes from an animal i.e. meat, dairy, eggs etc). your crusts look so amazing, and i would love to try them if you wouldintegrate vegan cheese! I?m disgusted with Jets store 1490 86th street. Tonight, I stood at my door for three hours and never got notified or my pizza.... I called the store only to be told my pizza had sat there, no one knowing whose it was (it got lost in the mix) and it?s almostmidnight and all their drivers had gone home! Now that it?s midnight-it?s too late to order anything else!!! You?d think thisis bad; however, it gets worse!!!! MUCH WORSE!!! This is the THIRD TIME that SAME MAN has told me that SAME make believe story,right down to TIME (after midnight!). I will NEVER AGAIN order from this location!! In fact, I probably won?t ever give Jets mybusiness again!! Had a very simple order paid for delivery but the first order didn?t get delivered. So I offered to pick it up because my... children were getting very cranky. He said it would be ready in 15, so I gave him 25 surprise he forgot about my order. It tookhim about another 40 minutes to get me my food. I was never reimbursed for the delivery fee or the tip. My girlfriend did something nice for me and my crew and ordered us pizza from Jet?s. I was told that the delivery time would be... 11:45, so I sent a guy to go wait for the driver at the gate (we work at a school). At 12:05, I called the shop asking about myorder. I was told that the delivery driver had overslept today and wasn?t in yet and the guy on the phone might have to driveit himself. I decided to go pick it up myself? It was ALREADY 20 minutes late and we have a set lunch time. Why did I have tocall them? You?d think they may have wanted to communicate with people expecting orders. Or perhaps not taken the order in thefirst place if there was no way to deliver it. Now I?m sitting here angrily tapping on my phone with greasy fingers eatingmostly cold pizza. Read more
Poor service. Highly disappointed. Submitted order two hours before desired pickup time; needed for employee lunch between... meetings. Arrived 20 minutes before pickup time. Order was an hour LATE. Instead of completing our order, helped all newcustomers & made their orders first. Half of staff didn?t get to eat because food arrived after the next meeting started. VERYdisappointing.
