I?m so angry. I used to work for this company and as it turns out, they are just getting worse. This particular store won?t... deliver to me. I?m 1.9 miles away from them. It takes less than 5 minutes to drive there. On top of that, they don?t allow Ubereats to deliver. Sooooo they have now officially lost my business. Not only are they sub par in person, they are total jerks onthe phone at corporate. Would not recommend this company let alone this franchise. Read more
I've never had any issues at any Jimmy John's location but I highly doubt I will be patronizing this location again. I am... expecting and requested that they wrap my meat separately from my sandwich so that when I got it home I could warm it up. I amexpecting and cannot have cold cuts unless it has been warmed up. They flat out refused. Very poor customer service. Read more
Usually this Jimmy John?s is great. We frequent it often every couple of weeks but I definitely had the worst experience I?ve... ever had there today. Only ordered two sandwiches. Waited 20 minutes and no one seemed to care at all and a lot of standingaround. I?m sure it?s not an easy job but worst customer experience I?ve had in three years at this location. Read more
