Store was clean staff was friendly and professional. They did somehow misplace my wrap but immediately made a new one for me.

I have ordered from this locations 3 times now for lunch. The product is outstanding. Fresh every time and delivered very fast.... I am only 3 blocks away, but still think they are going a great job ... let complainers complain. I'm impressed. Read more

They?re freaky fast! I order when I get off the Monon and they?ve got my order ready just a couple minutes later. Everyone seems... really nice. Great place to stop for a sandwich, chips, and a soda. Read more

Whatever you do, do not order on the app or online. An hour and twenty minutes later, they arrive with soggy sandwiches that... sat in someone?s car an hour before being delivered. Spoke to Dan, the manager, and that is acceptable standard operatingprocedure now. Not what you would expect for over $20 for two sandwiches. I guess freaky fast is defined differently now days! I understand staffing shortages, but how about a heads up on the app please if your lunch will be over before you get thedelivery! Read more

Food is fine, it's just Jimmy John's. Delivery took 1.5 hours and when I called the store the guy told me "yeah thats the... average wait time for going on 6 months now, we don't have drivers, sorry." How is that freaky fast? Read more

My coworkers all enjoyed their sandwiches. I'm gluten free so I ordered the tuna wrapped in lettuce. There was hardly any tuna.... I would've preferred an actual shredded lettuce & tuna salad on top. Read more

I will never order from this Jimmy John's again! It took our order an hour to get to the house after it left the restaurant.... When it finally arrived the sandwiches were not cold and my order was wrong. Having worked in restaurants I was concerned aboutfood safety so I called to let them know what happened. The manager told me that they do not guarantee delivery times and thatthere was nothing he could do about it. I told him I wasn't concerned about how long it took, but the fact that it was not coldwhen it arrived and asked for a credit. He said no, there's nothing I can do and then hung up on me.
