Slow, slow, slow. It took an hour from the time the order was placed to it being delivered. Be aware if you are ordering... delivery and have a tight window for lunch. Definitely not freaky fast. Read more

Ordered meal over an hour ago and never received it. I called the store to see what was going on and the employee was really... rude and short with me. I understand when times are busy but still. He even said the sandwich hadn't even left the store yetwhich tells me they were gonna serve me an hour old sandwich....with it being deli meat that definitely would've crossed thetemperature danger zone threshold. I was in this location and an employee knocked a chair onto my foot breaking my toe. No one asked if I was ok, the guy who the... knocked the chair over didn't seemed concerned at all. Jimmy John's is good but this location is dangerous! Read more
The delivery driver for this store is a certified WEIRDO. He knocked on the door and yelled ?Jimmy Johns?. I had left a note on... my order stating that I preferred to have the sandwich left at my door. I then communicated that to him through the microphoneon my Ring doorbell camera and he responded with ?I need a signature, I can?t leave. It?s company policy?. The driver knocked onmy door again and proceeded to yell my name at the door. Next time, I will simply go pick it up. Read more
