I have been to this location a few times. Usually decent service. This past time not so much. I ordered my sandwich and as I was... paying it was made but not once did I have the change to state what I did and did not want on it. I informed the cashier that Iwanted add ons but was informed the sandwich was already made. Horrible service. I had to cancel my orders 3 different times because of how long it takes. Its Jimmy John's. I worked at a... location in Greenwood for almost 2 years and we never had that issue. They need a staff that cares here. I work 7 minutes fromthis location and it took them 2 hours to "attempt" to deliver a sandwich to me. And then the next occasion I order ahead oftime so they can meet my lunch time requirements. Calling them at 11 am to deliver at 2 pm and the manager tells me "yeah man wewill be super swamped then I don't know if I can get it to you". They don't show any empathy for how slow and unprofessionalthey are. I will not be coming back to this location and will not recommend any employees associated with me. Read more
