I go to a Jimmy John's several times a week and after finally getting a reward for a free sandwich I decided to stop in. I... attempted to order the sandwich on my phone because I waited several minutes for someone to stop what they were doing to comeand take my order. There seem to be an error with the app and it wouldn't allow me to redeem my free sandwich so I asked thegentleman behind the counter. His reply "I don't know nothing about that! Now what can I get for you?" So I ordered the sandwichand told him I'd like to use my reward. Then he decides to tell me that that doesn't work for certain sandwiches, including theone I ordered. So I told him I'd like a different sandwich then and he was very rude to me about it. Messed my order up in translation from one of my faves into their system. It did not give me NO mayonnaise, did not add any... ingredients OR the extra meat that I paid for. Manager on duty said they would not fix. WASTE of money and gas. Read more
I went in 20 minutes before closing and was turned away. Now I understand that I came in close to closing but at least lock the... door. Don?t let me come in. Order a simple sandwich and then tell me we?ll we put everything away. It was a frustratingexperience. Read more
Just spent a little time figuring out what to order from Jimmy Johns online, then it tells you they are closed, ok on Google... maps, it says there open til 9p.m. so then I call the store, and a staff member answers the phone and tells me they're closed.If you're closed why would answer the phone and tell someone that, and not give an explanation! They had my order set up as pick up even though I chose delivery. (Address and tip were on the order) I called as soon as I saw... the mix up and they answered rudely and hung up on me. I want to give them a five star rating, I really do, but the skimpy meat portions held me back. Today I deviated from my... standard order of either the gargantuan or double gargantuan. Those sandwiches are my standard fair because they do pack on themeat. For my sandwich today, the #5 Perfect Italian, the veggie toppings were good and the bread was its normal crispyperfection. My daughters kids meal ham & cheese looked great, and my wife's Unwich lettuce wrap was delicious as well. Thislocation is always nice and clean and it has a good amount of seating for a shop in a little strip of shops. Also picked up somebread, super large at an amazing price!! Read more
The General Manager here has to be a really miserable person to treat the customers the way they do. I am never coming back to... this location after witnessing the ugly way she spoke to customers asking for simple things, and cussing out people under herbreath like she was a child. The other employees reacted like they were scared of her getting out of hand again...so that wasvery telling. She definitely acted like she was untouchable and could act/say whatever she wanted. Carelessly rude. Unbelievableactions for a manager position, especially when no one was treating her poorly. She even laughed and said good luck when someoneasked what her name was. This was the second time I've heard her make remarks like this here, so I guess I'll go somewhere elsebefore I'm next. Read more
