Jason and Victor were absolutely amazing! All the way from placing the phone order to the pickup. I am leaving a 1 star bc when... I walked in they had absolutely NO air conditioning and it?s 100 degrees out today. It is so incredibly humid and NO ONE shouldhave to work over a stove in these conditions. I left a $16 tip on the credit card and when I wanted to make sure they wouldreceive it, they both shook their heads no. What??!!! Why am I asked to leave a tip if the employees who have cooked, served myfood upon pickup will not see it?! To the owner of this location Jordan?s, DO BETTER!!! Edit?.. to the owners response!!!!! Theworkers get a cash tip. If you pay by card you are automatically asked if you would like to give a tip. With that said?.. themanager OR owner received the tip I left and not the TWO workers that were working in an establishment with NO air. I don?t carehow many AC units they have the time I went in to pickup my order these were conditions NO ONE should have been working in. Read more
Awful food and very dirty inside, if you are having second thoughts on trying it, don?t do it. I?m very disgusted
Asked online for fried chicken establishment recommendations and Jordan?s Fish & Chicken was recommended most. I meant a place... that sells whole chicken pieces (breast, thigh, etc.), but this place only does chicken strips. Not exactly what I was lookingfor, but it?s chicken. Actually, it was pretty good chicken. If all we got was the chicken, I would give the place more stars.However, we also got perch, shrimp, fries, and a gyro. I was not a fan of the perch. I am used to a more thoroughly cooked fishthat?s flaky. While my husband says that this fish was done, it was translucent and not flaky. Maybe it?s a perch thing and I?mused to catfish? I don?t know, but I have OCD-type food issues and could not eat it. I did take one bite and the fish itself didnot taste bad, just maybe could have used more seasoning for my preference. The shrimp was good and the fries were ok. I prefera more fresh-cut-potato fry, but these were satisfactory. My husband got the gyro and said it was good. I did not try it. Themain reason for the 3-star rating was that it was stiflingly hot inside. It was 81° outside and it was cooler out there, by alot. We tried to eat inside the restaurant, but were getting sweaty and uncomfortable. Another reason for the rating is thatthe prices that we paid were not the prices on the menu board. For instance, the board said that the combo that I bought was$13.99, but I was charged $14.55. The gyro that my husband ordered was also priced higher than on the menu board. I understandthat prices are rapidly changing right now, but I prefer a more transparent pricing method. The person taking our order couldhave informed us about the price change at the time of our ordering, or a sign informing us that we should ask about currentprices, perhaps. While we would not have changed our orders if we were informed, seeing a different price on the receipt felt alittle dishonest. Read more
Orderd chicken dinner Fish and shrimp dinner and a fish, chicken dinner and a couple extra sides. food was hot fries were okay. ... Prce expensive to feed 3 people.. over 70.00 for our order today. Fish smelled so bad it was inedible. Neither of us that hadfish could get past the smell. We will not be back ... very disappointed. Guess once you eat at Caplingers fresh catch there isjust no comparison. Read more
The fries were good. The philly cheesesteak was very tasteless. Excessive amount of cheese, theres more cheese than meat! and... no seasoning what so ever. Took a bite at it and removed that piece out of my mouth. Come on ! Read more

Y?all. Listen to me. The best wings in Indy. Best batter, best seasoning, fresh, delicious!!! It does take a second but that is... because they batter them right in front you. It?s worth the wait. Guys are extremely friendly as well. Overall 11/10 Read more
