You could see everyone was tired and ready to go home, yet they still had smiles on their faces, seemed like maybe they were... understaffed but they were ALL running about doing what it took to get the customers served so they could leave. I went through the drive thru and they have thee rudest people in the window. The funny looking cashier that looked like a man... even went as far as to call my mother out to fight all because my mother we was wondering if they where opened because we sat inthe intercom for over 20 mins. And her Manager was very rude also and wanted to argue. They should be fired and I will becontacting corporate because this is ridiculous. Read more

Went to the KFC on east Washington street tonight and the drive thru attendant was nasty and rude, we let that slide. We got... home one of the boxes had hair in the food. A long piece of weave was in the chicken box. We tried to call several times tospeak to a manager but the phone line has been busy for over an hour so the phone must be off the hook. It?s really sad that thecustomer service was bad then to have hair in the food was the end of KFC for me! Read more
