Sat in parking lot for over an hour waiting for 3 pot pies, that they didn't have/prepared. They told me 20minutes wait for the... three. After about 30min girl comes out with with 2 potpies saying 3rd not ready yet. 3rd potpie still took almost another30min. I believe these little girls working there gave my pot pie to someone else. Then to add insult to injury, I get home andthe crust is still just about raw !!!!... all pies still needed to be re cooked to brown crusts. They may as well just given tome raw and I cook at home....and I didn't have to wait in 30degree Temps with my vehicle running...burning up my gas. As astockholder and consumer in this company my money,time and consideration is a waste here. It's sad ???? and I will not everreturn to this location and suggest no one else do either ???? They have totally gone down, they use to exhibit better serviceand food . Read more

Sent a review to corporate a few months ago and it's crickets from them. Ordered online no reason for any mistakes... they... forgot a sandwich and sauce normally I would let it go but when you show up and the employees are to busy talking to a lady (Ican't say if she was an employee or a manager) all I know she was dressed like she was going out for the night...once I got herattention she walked over like I was bothering her...she threw her purse on the counter (huge huge purse) that shouldn't bethere. Also I had an online order but they have safety glass (not for covit but for safety... to many hold ups?) That hendersanyone from grabbing the to go order. If your not on the clock don't bother people that are on the clock. After not getting aresponse from corporate ill just continue not to provide any of my money to this company... not to hard alot of other goodchicken places! Sorry but not sorry I would like to see this store updated not only on design but with staff as well. Read more

Dining room is not open for service,went through drive thru turned out to be order and park.but in all fairness it's not only... this location,seems to be a disease spreading all through the KFC franchise Read more

The best chicken pie pies? and chicken strips. My hot wings was just breaded dough with barbecue sauce. Wasted my money they are... a hit and miss now of days.. but overall it fits the budget and on the go. Smile we love y?all. Read more

worst experience ever. came to pick up two uber eats orders and stood in the lobby for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by... anyone. orders were piled up on the screen. the longest one being over an hour wait time. manager was yelling at an employee forthe managers own mistake. manager was also rude and cussing loudly to the same employee. when i was finally acknowledged, shedidn?t bother coming to the counter but instead was yelling from behind the kitchen and getting an attitude when she couldn?thear what i was saying. after another 20 minutes i finally i got the first order but they looked at me as if i was stupid whilewaiting for the second. i didnt get that one for another maybe 15 minutes. this establishment is awful and definitely needs todo better. i have never been to such a terribly run store in my life. Only giving 3 stars because the food was cooked and packed right. Other than that it was a terrible experience at the store. I... walked in to place my order. I thought there was 3 guest in the dining room. One was waiting for his food and the other 2 we'reeating at a table. I walked up to the register and there was no one there. I waited for about 5 min before someone came up tothe register. He told me he would get someone. Waited about another 3 min and someone else came up to the register. They took myto go order but had to go to the drive thru register to take my payment. I got my drink and was handed my receipt with thechange rolled up inside of it. A few minutes go by and another customer comes inside. After he stands there for about 4 minutesthe CSR finally comes back. She greets him by telling him if he wants to order he must go through drive thru. He said he hadbeen waiting for a while and he would like his order taken inside. She refuses and makes him go through drive thru. Then askedme what I ordered. Guy in front of me got his food and it was missing items. 10 minutes after I ordered I finally got my food.The 2 guest's that were eating were employees that figured since they were on their break did not have to do anything besides beloud and annoying. They could have at least yelled to the back that there was customers. Overall the food was good but thecustomer service was terrible.
