Staff is rude and ghetto. Everyone looked like they didn't want to be there including manager. We tried to go through the drive... thru only to sit there for 5 mins without anyone saying anything we said hello a couple times with no response only for someoneto yell on the speaker for us to "hold on we busy" we told them sorry we didn't know you didn't say anything and we just beensitting here their next response was that we didn't have to eat here and we could leave so we went inside to be treated rudelyby management. We placed our order and noticed nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets and not washing their hands from comingback and fourth from outside. We asked for fresh fries and they acted like we asked them to borrow some money. Huffing andpuffing and rolling their eyes. We asked for our money back. Definitely would not recommend this KFC needs new management andstaff!!!! Go to the one on Gorgetown Rd!! Read more

Terrible service, and the workers all have lousy attitudes.The manager was the worst. After making me wait over 10 minutes... before they came to take my order, and acted like I was an inconvenience, I was served lukewarm chicken at best. There arebetter KFC locations. Avoid this one. Read more
It is so sad that these people who are put into place to "lead" are argumentative and lack basic math skills. If a meal is... 27.24 with tax, and I give you 27.04 with tax, how do I now owe you $2.92? To satisfy the error, the difference is charged, notthe item at half price. These leaders have no idea how much items cost past the single, "ala carte" price. The purpose of acombo is to give a better price than the "ala carte" one. AND just in case you thought you had the last word . . . umm I leftwith my item and my $ .24. You were right, I am NOT paying you an additional $2.92 because " the machine won't do it"! On 10/23/2022 3pm crispy all 3pcs hard as concrete, the mountains dew taste like sweet sewer water the biscuits was not that... hard and the mashed potatoes was over gravies...KFC on West 38th is trash everytime y'all can even do a come back ever. Read more
