Make sure they give you a receipt. They'll get your order wrong and then gaslight you claiming they confirmed your order prior... to handing it to you. I'd been coming to this location for about a year and some change and it's always the same story. Managervisibly hates working there and suspect addicts work the counters and fryers. I put up with it because, "hey the food is hotand it's pretty hard to mess up dumping battered chicken into a fryer," but by God KFC Washington St finds a way. I will not bereturning to this location and I'd advise you eat anywhere else. Read more
This location has horrible service. Wait in drive thru was 17 min and I was only one in line. Not attentive through that whole... time I was waiting and when I did get my food they were out of condiments. Read more
The evening manager on Fridays is super nice. Great customer service. Food was fresh and hot.
My chicken looked and tasted old. Like it had been sitting for awhile. Pieces unevenly cooked. No spicy. ????
I got the new Mac n cheese bowl! I had literally been craving this for over two weeks. If you know me, you know that KFC Mac n... cheese is THE BEST MAC IN THE WORLD and every time I go, I get multiple to go containers of it. So obviously this new bowl hadme excited. It was good, BUT, you could tell the mac n cheese had been sitting for HOURS and was cold, and the bowl was veryskimpy. It was barely half full. To say that I was disappointed is an understatement. Maybe it was just the location I went tobut it definitely didn?t hold up the normal standard for mac n cheese. I go on special trips just for KFC Mac and this one inparticular had even more motive behind it because I had been CRAVING IT SO BAD FOR SO LONG. It didn?t ruin their Mac for methough. KFC will forever have the most delicious Mac in the world, but hopefully the next time I go, it?ll be the normal goldengoodness that I love and not some cold, hard Mac. That being said, had the Mac not been stale and cold and the bowl had been asfull as it normally is, it would have been FIRE!! Just tried to call three times no answer. I did a grub hub order. The large sides are actually smalls. They are not even half... way filled. How do you feed three kids like that. Read more
I have been to this KFC several times and the food has always been fresh and good to go all of these fast food places are a... little high on the price right now but everything is up in reality so I'm going to give a two thumbs up on the food and a 4 staron the price! Read more
