I love Krispy Kreme. 1 star because they?re serving at five minutes per car. I waited 25 minutes for four cars in front of me.... I?m a fast food manager. That?s RIDICULOUS and how you anger every single customer. I?d let that go but when I got to the windowI was treated with a combination of indifference and mild rudeness. The cashier checked her phone three times while I was at thewindow and sort of just stood around for five minutes while I was there. Phones out by cashiers is a credit card security risk,Mr. Manager. Manager was literally standing around doing nothing. Three other employees were cleaning and no one seemed to bepreparing orders. AFTER I was cashed out I was told they were out of several of the flavors in my premium variety sampler. WhenI got home there were five glazed originals of the dozen variety I ordered. When I ordered they forgot my dozen glazed. Was not happy. Then I placed a sperate order for 2 drinks waited and waited watching... the workers joke and play on their phones I finally had to go up there and have them make my drinks.
