I love Krispy Kreme. 1 star because they?re serving at five minutes per car. I waited 25 minutes for four cars in front of me.... I?m a fast food manager. That?s RIDICULOUS and how you anger every single customer. I?d let that go but when I got to the windowI was treated with a combination of indifference and mild rudeness. The cashier checked her phone three times while I was at thewindow and sort of just stood around for five minutes while I was there. Phones out by cashiers is a credit card security risk,Mr. Manager. Manager was literally standing around doing nothing. Three other employees were cleaning and no one seemed to bepreparing orders. AFTER I was cashed out I was told they were out of several of the flavors in my premium variety sampler. WhenI got home there were five glazed originals of the dozen variety I ordered. When I ordered they forgot my dozen glazed. Was not happy. Then I placed a sperate order for 2 drinks waited and waited watching... the workers joke and play on their phones I finally had to go up there and have them make my drinks. Overall I know it's stillnew here however my donuts were amazing! Read more

Hosted a small gender reveal today for our baby due in August, and Joey at Krispy Kreme near Castleton offered amazing customer... service to make our vision come to life! We wanted gender reveal donuts with the inside filling representing blue for boy orpink for girl. I took my envelope there with my gender results, on a short notice at that, and Joey and the team were able tomake my donuts and have them ready for pick up in a few days! This place holds so much nostalgia for me! I remember going to the location in greenwood as a child with my parents and being so... entertained by watching the doughnuts being made. Walking in there today, I was thrown right back to 1999! The staff was reallyfriendly, the store looks amazing, and the doughnuts are great! I understand everyone has their loyalty to doughnut shops inIndy but there is a reason Krispy Kreme became such a large and popular store. They are great tasting and they are consistent. Read more
This place is an experience to remember. Hot Original Glazed Doughnuts right off the conveyor belt are something else entirely;... they melt in your mouth! It's a perfect combination of flavor and texture. You can experience the open kitchen, watching thedoughnuts proceed along the conveyor, transforming from rings of dough to that delicious, melt in your mouth goodness.
