This is my first and last time coming here. Where to being with the problems I had during my dinning experience. 1. My daughter... likes to drink creamer with just a drip of decaf coffee in a coffee cup. She?s 3. As a good parent I would not give her a fullcup of hot coffee. So I requested an empty cup for her. They denied my request. So I ask why. They accused me of trying to getcoffee for the entire table and only pay for one cup. They charged me for a kids drink. Mind you I had to order a kids chocolatemilk, only for my child not to drink that because she wanted creamer in a coffee cup with a drop of coffee. 2. I requestedFrench Vanilla creamer and never received it. 3. No one ever asked if I needed my coffee refilled. 4. The food for the adultswas delivered separately from the food for the child. 5. I asked for a refill on ice water and he took my cup and never cameback with it. 6. Their menu says your choice of meat for the breakfast quesadilla and doesn?t state there will be an up charge.They charged me for chicken. I have never paid at any other LS for chicken on my breakfast quesadilla. 7. They charged me forturkey sausage because we can?t eat pork sausage. It makes us ill. I have never been charged for that at LS. This was an awfulexperience. I don?t recommend this specific LS. See pictures below. Read more
Everyone was excellent. We had our food within 15 minutes. The waitress was real good. She kept checking on us and kept my... husband's cup of coffee topped off the whole time we were there. Food was great and so was the appearance of the meal lookedreally good Read more
This place stays busy, but for good reason. All the staff members are fast, friendly and helpful, the food is exemplary and the... prices are fair for what you get. It gets pretty busy but even when it's busy you still get the same service you would when it'snot busy. All in all it's a clean restaurant with great staff and awesome food, it's definitely worth a visit Read more
Not gonna lie, their breakfast is phenomenal. I had the Biscuit and Gravy Omelet...it was awesome. A little quirky, but very... tasty! Their coffee was hot and fresh. The service was quick and friendly. The overall feel of the restaurant was welcoming,and it was CLEAN! I will definitely go again when I am in Indianapolis! Read more
Kyle was our server this morning. The service was exceptional. Our food my hubby got the pancake platter, our friend got the... biscuits and gravy omelette and I had the grilled chicken wrap with cole slaw and cottage cheese. The food was fresh, hot anddelicious. The portions were very nice sized for the price. The restaurant was clean, fresh and relaxing. The restrooms wereclean and nice. All the staff seemed pleasant. The food has definitely improved. Great place to have breakfast or lunch. Stopped today had the ?country lady? for breakfast... service was great, food was excellent. I cannot speak for every location but this one is a definite stop. Read more
