We recently had our family reunion dinner here. We were very pleased with the entire experience. Drew was very helpful in... planning the event and he and his staff were very attentive during the meal. The food, beer and drinks were delicious and thewaiters and bartenders were friendly and very helpful. The event space was perfect for our large group who ages ranged from 90to 8 months.The younger children had fun in the open areas while the adult family members visited at the tables. I have been here a few times and this place does not disappoint. Always crowded, tonight was no different, but was seated... quickly. It took 10-15 minutes for Samantha to take our order, she was pleasant with a genuine warm smile. Hubby had the Mai Maifish said it didn't taste fishy and was quickly a menu of the clean plate club. The corn bread fritters were crunchy and yummy.I had the pork tacos. The shells were doubled and quick fried so there was a slight crunch and not greasy. Very tasty, but coulduse more brisket at the price point. Samantha was helpful in trying to get my points added for the rewards at such a busy time.It's always breezy inside so dress appropriately. As soon as you step out of your car and the smell from the smokers hit you, your mouth starts to water. The food here did not... disappoint. I had the brisket and ribs and both was awesome. There was no sauce needed for either. The Mac and 4 cheese was verygood as well. The potato salad was a little different but good. It was no where close to my moms, but no one can compete withmom ????. It had a bit of horseradish and the red potatoes made for a nice change. The atmosphere here is very lively with lotsof TVs for watching sports. They have a very nice outdoor seating area with a firepit. They are right on the Monon trail so youcould stop in while out riding or walking the trail. I can?t forget about they wait staff which are all friendly, and veryhelpful. Read more
The atmopshere here is nice and it is spacious and open. The service was very attentive and got my daughter 2 different beer... samples and talked about the beers knowledgeably. The brewery is Big Lug as I inderstand. My Duke beer was very good. The foodwas very tasty. The schnitzel was perfectly cooked and the spaetzle was good when plain. I had the Jaeger schnitzel and whilegood I dont think is authentic and is a bit more 'reinvented' version so I was bit disappointed. I'll come back but get theLiter Schnitzel with red cabbage instead. Also it would be great if they had Bratkartoffel on the menu. Read more
1st visit here. Outstanding experience with the Mother's Day brunchuffet. Food was so awesome, fresh and hot. Service was... remarkable. Setting was comfortable and decorated really well! We had a great time and enjoyed every bite. Food items for thebuffet was incredible, well prepared and tended to non stop by staff! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Read more
We went for lunch which has a smaller menu than the evening. Two of us had brats, I had the eggplant schnitzel and my wife had... the chicken fried steak. All of it was very flavorful. We had excellent service. The only regret was not having room fordessert. Read more
