Management sucks. Placed an order. Received an email to pick up order at the counter. Showed up, was told by young man and MOD... that there was no order under the name. Made fun of possibly it being under 2 last names. Corporate, is it that difficult at themoment to have a decent manager there? I bet they tell other customers the same and take their orders home. 10/31/22 placed an order online at 4:56pm for pickup at Post Rd location. Arrived at the store at 5:20pm to pickup my order,... store was pitch black.(closed) . There was a note on the door that stated, "Sorry for the inconvenience, but we closed at 5pmdue to staffing issues". I get it, there are staffing issues everywhere BUT, turn off the online ordering so that people aren'tplacing orders that your store isn't open to fulfill!! Three more cars pulled up while I was still in the parking lot to pickuptheir orders as well!! Poor management at this location!!! Read more

Just spent $95 on pizza and pepperoni bread to get these items....nobody answers the phones and these pizzas look horrible
I will never return to this location ever again. I tried to order a extramost best sausage and was told I couldn't because they... were only doing classic pizza for the night. I asked her what the difference was besides extra sausage she said she don't knowmaybe they are just being lazy in the kitchen. Have been going here once per month for 2 years to get a few pizzas for a youth group I'm affiliated with. Over the last year... the hot and ready pizzas are seldom ready. So started to order thru app but have had issues there as well with pizzas ordersnot being fulfilled at all or late. Tried walking in today to get a hot and ready cheesy bread for myself and told they have nodough. So, Papa John's to the rescue again tonight... as with so many other nights over this past year. Stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes while the woman that was working was cutting pizzas and telling me how short staffed... she was. She kept putting me off, doing other work. Then when she finally asked if she could help me told me that she wouldn'thave any pizza available for another 20 minutes. Waste of time. Read more
