Went in there today at about 3pm for a DoorDash order and the young man who helped me was pretty rude. First, he was on his... phone when I said "Hi, I have a DoorDash for (name)." No greeting. I showed him the order on my phone and he told me to click onthe order. No please. After he read the order he looked annoyed that he had to get the food for me. Which involved grabbing twocontainers of sauces, a pre-made pizza, and a bag of bread sticks. He didn't say anything after that. No "have a nice day"oranything like that. Read more
I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered online and my pizza and breadsticks was supposed to be ready by 8:44pm. I was here at... 8:40pm and they told me 10 minutes my food would be ready. It is now 9:06pm and my food is still not ready! I finally got myfood if that?s what you wanna call it about 40 minutes later. My breadsticks weren?t even edible. This store is a joke. I don't know how it's even in business. I've been here maybe 15 times in the last 4 months and I've... successfully walked out w food maybe 3 times. It's always some excuse. Today they are only taking online orders... again. Nowalk ups. They never have any pizzas ready. Last time I came in there were 4 employees out back smoking and 1 inside. They closeat 8 on Friday nights. One day you can't come in without a mask and the next day it's fine. The management of this store isabsolutely pathetic. Read more
11/11/21 Veteran's Day. Stopped in to get the advertised free lunch meal and found a sign on the window stating they didn't have... any boxes for Veteran's meals. They know the day is coming and it's something they do every year. I'm not sure if they reallywere out of boxes or if the employees just didn't want to cook a bunch of pizza for free for the veterans that have fought forour country. Such a sad situation. Not good for business. I get it, this is a ghetto neighborhood, but if you advertisesomething and you're a chain restaurant you should be able to support it, especially on Veteran's Day. Read more
Show up to pick up online order. Guys says it'll be 20 mins waiting on stuff crust. (Ok fine 20 mins no biggie) 20 mins later I... ask where my food is and he say it will be another 20 mins before the manager is back and no food is being made til he getsback.
